I recently scheduled an ironing service with WestCoast Laundry. While the pickup of my laundry went smoothly, there was an issue with the drop-off. We had agreed that the laundry would be left in a secure location outside my home, as I would be at work during the scheduled delivery time. Although the driver attempted to contact me, I was unable to answer the call while at work. I returned the call nine minutes later, but unfortunately, the driver did not respond and chose to return with my laundry instead of leaving it as agreed.

However, when I reached out to Julia, she was incredibly understanding and took immediate action to resolve the situation. She went above and beyond to ensure my laundry was redelivered promptly and kept me informed throughout the process. I was very pleased to receive my laundry perfectly ironed and freshly scented. I would highly recommend WestCoast Laundry for its excellent service and convenience, though there is room for improvement in the delivery process.

It would've been a nice to let you know before hand or add in their website before booking that there is specific time for pick up/drop, and there are no exceptions.

Although I had my refund back, it was only after 2  days of waiting that they advise the timing and due my work schedule had to cancel.

Originally I posted a less than satisfactory review however as a business owner I have high appreciation for mistakes being rectified. You will never be perfect but how you handle your business when mistakes are made is a true testament to the owners.

I couldn’t be happier for how my laundry turned. After our miscommunication in the original booking Steven reached out immediately to make things right. And I’m happy to say the service was stellar!

I have used this service twice and got prompt responses to bookings and enquiries. Online booking and payment is so convenient. Door to door pick up and drop off with excellent ironing. I will continue to use and recommend them to time poor people who hate ironing.
