I have been a regular customer of this dry cleaner. I have had no problems with my laundry in the past few times, but this time the experience was terrible. I sent an orange goose down jacket for dry cleaning, but when I got it back, I found that the jacket was stained and turned black, and it was completely different from its original color! I was very sad and disappointed that such expensive clothes were ruined by washing. What made me even more angry was that I did not receive any response after contacting the store, and there was no attitude to solve the problem at all. Such service is really unacceptable. I hope everyone will choose this store with caution!

Great service from dropping off the suit to the picking up of the suit! The employees as well as the owner are friendly and easy to deal with. They did their jobs with big smiles on their faces! My suit is spotless and well pressed, looks brand new!  Can’t wait to bring the reminder of my suits for cleaning and pressing to this business!

Everything is done in-house so i don’t have to wait long to get my clothes. The staff are awesome and they even came in on a sunday so i can pick up my son’s clothes so he would be good to go for monday’s school start. They have the best prices and do a great job. Their staff is friendly too and recommends when to come for discounts on certain items and pays attention to small stains that would be easy to miss.

I moved farther away from this location but would drive here to get my stuff cleaned.

But they have pickup and delivery service now, and it was smooth and efficient to sign up and use (picked up Monday, delivered Friday) with no additional costs.

I needed a suit dry cleaned on short notice. I corresponded on yelp with an employee who pointed me to the 37 McPhillips location. I dropped off my suit and picked it up the same time the next day. The linen shirt looks well handled after pressing, no noticeable wrinkles, and the suit looks in as great of condition as it was when I sent it in. Friendly staff, fast service, can’t complain.

Worst service If i could give them no star I would, I send my black wool coat to be dry cleaned and it came back with discolour stains (orange and white) all over, I was full of lint and hair of different colours and to top it all off they riped one of the sleeves and they didn't even apologize or asked if they try fix it they got upset and said that they did clean. When it's obvious they didn't clean it. It looks more like they wore it and added bleach. Save your money and use another any other dry cleaner.

This place did an amazing service for me. We had forgotten to get our suit and wedding dress dry cleaned before leaving for holidays. We came back knowing we might be hooped. Fabricare had our garments dry-cleaned within four days, which is exceptionally fast for wedding dresses. The dress looked brand new and amazing. Suit was nice too lol. The dress was a more basic wedding dress and did not have the most delicate of materials and beadings. Fabricare charged us for a fancy dress instead of wedding gown, which was very kind of them, especially with the short notice. This is THE place to bring your dry cleaning. PHENOMENAL.

I came across Metro Cleaners a few tears ago and have never been disappointed. They do a great job quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable price.
I recently brought in a suit jacket that had mud plashed on it (spring weather) and they got it clean with no evidence of a stain.
I absolutely recommend them.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience.I brought in a short plain cocktail dress (just plain white fabric) for cleaning, and was severely overcharged. The dress was only worth $200 and I was charged $120 for this one dress to be cleaned. When I questioned the charges the staff informed me they charged it as a wedding dress. I informed them it was not a wedding dress and eventually they gave me a $30 credit.  I am still paying almost half the price of the dress for it to be dry cleaned. I paid more than expected. I also got my wedding dress cleaned here and it cost $180 and it still has dirt on the bottom of the dress. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I take all my dry cleaning here and have always had a good experience. I’ve most recently took in my wedding dress and it was filthy due to the outdoor elements, they did an amazing job bringing it back to its original condition just some stains in the under lining which doesn’t show so very pleased. Worst service , worst experience so far.. I dropped off my coats on Nov 3rd, 2023. And i have got the recepit to get it back on Nov 13,2023 ( Monday) ,when i came in the lady said we dont have ur coats with us right now..we will give you a call when they here.. Today is DEC 4, 2023... I waited alomst a month and nobody called me if my coats are there... I walked in today & Debbie the lady at front was rude, as I asked why no body get back to me, she said we dont call its not our responsibility ,if computer gave us time & date we dont guarntee if the stuff will be delivered the same day. THE COATS WERE IN VERY BAD SHAPE WHEN I RECEIVED, FULL OF PET HAIRS ON IT, SO I ASKED THE LADY WHY IS IT LIKE THAT SO SHE SAID YOUR COAT WAS NOT SPECIAL THAT IT CAN BE WASHED SEPARATE, BUT WHAT IF SOMEONE HAS PET ALLERGY, THIS IS TRULY NOT ACCEPTABLE, I AM PAYING MONEY FOR DRY CLEANING NOT JUST REGULAR MACHINE WASH....

Terrible cleaning. Terrible customer service.
I dropped off four cotton work shirts to be laundered and pressed w startch. At that time the clerk asked if I wanted their shirt washing service for about $4 or blouse dry cleaning for about $15. I confirmed: washing and ironing for $4.  When I picked up my shirts the salesperson charged me $60 for dry cleaning and told me because the buttons were on the wrong side, they were obviously women’s shirts and did not qualify for laundering.  She explained that service is only available for men.  I explained that the other Perths staff had offered and confirmed I would be getting laundering.  She testily said she could make an exception and give me a discount just this once.  I pointed out how sexist their policy is and she said their machines cannot press women’s shirts!   Look at the pictures!  My shirts are awful: wrinkled and unwearable.  Don’t worry about making exceptions for me Perths!   I’ll never be back!   And plan to tell everyone I know!

Tried to enter at exactly 10 AM when they open. Summary: Female employee was very rude, saying "we only open at 10, they only start paying me at 10, stop trying the door before 10 (I tried once and it was 10 AM) - but their sign actually said "OPEN" at 9 AM. It was exactly 10 according to my iPhone - time to open the door. About as rude an experience as one could have - nothing positive or welcoming as a returning customer. Who treats paying customers in this manner and expects them to return? This ISN"T a customer abusing staff, its STAFF ABUSE of a senior citizen who is a paying customer. Perth's should be ashamed of this type of employee attitude. Based on her attitude, sure hope this employee never is late, leaves early, or takes a minute more time at lunch or takes personal phone calls on duty - I'd be timing her if I was her manager.

Arrived to pick up my dry cleaning during the scheduled Saturday hours of 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, only to find it closed without any notice on the door. When I called the number listed, it directed me to a general voicemail.

Horrible customers service!!!.. went there on a Saturday afternoon and realized I was charged for a pair of pants I had specifically asked if it came with the Wednesday deal and was told I would be charged less.. my problem wassnt even that I was provided inaccurate information but the customer rep just stated "sorry dry cleaning add up sometimes". Dont go to this place until they fire those reps.
