I had a great experience with jones and the ladies I had the pleasure of working with.  I had taken in multiple garments for cleaning and pressing. I also just had a bespoke 3 piece suit made and I needed it to be cared for in the best way possible. I did my research for the best cleaners in the area and Jones consistently ranked the best. I got my items in a 1 day turnaround that I didn’t ask for. When i received my garments they were pressed and cleaned with the upmost care and precision. I would definitely recommend Jones for all Your garment care. The added details in the covering and Button clasps and shoulder pads to keep the shoulder shape for your shirts and suits is awesome. You can also just pull up and Jones will take your garments and then when they finish you can simply drive up and they will bring them out to you without getting out your vehicle. The facility is state of the art in my book.

I had my button-down shirts pressed, and I had a suit dry cleaned. They did a great job and the price is reasonable. They charge $4.15 for each shirt pressed, and it was about $21 for dry cleaning my suit (jacket and pants). I dropped off my clothes on a Friday, and they were ready by Monday. Great service and I will definitely be utilizing their service in the future!

Overall, my experience was poor. I was told my item would be done on 12/10.  I did not receive a phone call or text indicating item was finished. I tried calling, was placed on hold and then disconnected. I was unable to reach the business on 12/10. I called on 12/11, was placed on hold and remained on hold for over an hour. No one ever came back on the phone and the call was ended unanswered. I went down in person on 12/12. Was told item
wasn’t ready. Then found out item was being worked on and would be done in 5 minutes. After several minutes item was brought out.
I noticed a collar piece was missing. When I asked for it they told me I didn’t bring it attached, that if I had, it would have been checked in as two items, not one. I reiterated it came attached, jacket intact. Another employee came forward and again claimed I only brought in jacket and not the detachable collar. While being told I was wrong, first employee produced the detachable collar that I was told I never brought in. Overall not a good experience. Poor communication and no professionalism. I was basically called a liar for saying I brought in the jacket intact. When they realized I had, and they misplaced the collar, no apology was offered for stating otherwise or apology for the 2 day delay in completing the cleaning. I would not recommend them or return in the future.

I have only dropped off two satin dresses at different times this year and I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service, drop off/pick up process, and how wrinkle free my items turned out! They made it easy for me to get in and out. Plus they were so kind to place my items in my back seat as well! :)

Think I’d be lost without Jones pick up and drop off dry cleaning service. This business is a well oiled machine, they always get your items in and out in a timely manner and they do a fabulous cleaning job. I’ve been a customer for 20 years, they have stayed steady and true to their work. A++++

Always a great experience every time I come in. Everyone who works here is super kind and helpful. The best and cleanest laundromat in Fresno by far, they offer free dry with your wash and also have stamp cards that you can use for free bags, detergent, or a free load of laundry in their biggest sized washer. I always look forward to coming and talking with the staff while I do laundry.

First the Manager Edna is absolutely amazing. This was my first time here and she was so welcoming, friendly and so helpful. I have been in management most of my career. You can tell that she definitely loves her job and customers. This place is very clean, organized and well kept. Will definitely not be using any other laundromat. THANK YOU EDNA YOUR THE BEST. This customer service here was great! Ask for Edna.. she'll help you out with everything and she is extremely nice! All the dryers and washers were great condition. A good environment.

This place is my go to spot when I need a quick wash and dry! No wait time when I come through and the washers are big and decent and drying is impeccable! It's close to my place so I don't have to drive too far. They have an app for choosing and selecting your wash mode, but the dryers don't. The drying comes free with a wash, it's only a 10min dry but add some quarters to rack up the drying time. Come by and see for yourself!

First time going to wash some comforters and had a great experience!! Clean and the front lady was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be returning! They also offer drop off services!

I mean…it wasn’t terrible. But slightly sketchy. The lady was generally nice. Not the cleanest spot. No restroom. But…my clothes got clean? Ha ha

Favorite place to wash any time day or night. Their employee Kevin is awesome! He will help you with your things, open a door, always has pleasant conversation and stays on top of keeping it in order there

Absolutely amazing, the staff is extremely helpful, clean environment, good working & good smelling machines, they accept cash, debit, & credit without any extra fees like some places. They even have good cheap snacks and beverages. Also being open from 6a.m. - 3a.m. means I can do my laundry at whatever time my schedule allows. No more having to plan laundry day :) I can just come here anytime. Good atmosphere and plenty of parking around back and some right in front.

First time there, not crowded, clothes dried in 25 min and it stays open until 3am.

Took two comforters there to be washed. Total came to $86.68 (80+6.68tx). I had been going there for about a year.
A few days later I checked my checking account and noticed they charged $101.43, which is $14.75 more.
I called. They said I probably had another bill to pay (NO) and said I’d be back for a refund. Went there and the young kid who rang me up denied doing anything wrong.
Didn’t like their attitude. Beware. I think they’re overcharging.

They are fantastic.  I had an emergency pressing need for shirts and they found a way to fit me in.  Staff is friendly and nice.  Like a next door neighbor (the good ones).   :)

Amazing service!! After taking my uniform shirts to a different dry cleaner to get them pressed and cleaned I was very disappointed. I called Club Cleaners short notice and needed them dry cleaned by the next day and Bryan was a huge help in making sure they were done correctly and on time. They came out looking awesome. Super clean the lady’s are really nice and friendly ….. all my family wash in this place we really liked it here….

very clean , and washes very good the machines are new & we dry free but the only problem here is that it’s so hot , super hot they only have 3 fans and no chairs where the fan is at so we can sit … overall nice environment

I took my clothes to get wash and folded I found it it was very reasonable and convenient will be returning. Edit . I came back again but I had to wait a long time because nobody was attending. My suggestion put a bell  a customer can ring

Put 45 minutes worth of quarters in 2 seperate dryers one dried my clothes the other they didn't even get warm to the touch so I let her know they were still wet that the dryer was broken she refused to pay for me to dry the rest of my clothes even though it was because of their equipment. I go to this laundromat every week or every 2 weeks at least and always spent my money there even had a good review on their Google page but you can't even help out a loyal customer?! Yeah you guys lost my business for good.

The worst things is fired people for something stupid, I’ve been arriving 3 times a week for more than a year and always all of them are very kind but firing someone for something so stupid, it’s not fair one doesn’t come only to wash but for the attention that the workers give him, especially Maribel she is always very kind and attentive to everyone.

Update to response: So do we. Relative to other laundromats, your prices are unreasonable, especially for the quality of service and environment being provided. If your business isn't viable, it's not viable. That's not the customer's problem.

They just raised their prices nearly 40%... A large wash is now $14, was $10 and change last month and that's not the first price raise of the last year. They constantly have machines that don't work, their card system is cheap and buggy, we found a bed bug in a dryer once, the inside is dirty and the washing is terrible. Absolutely the last time I will ever be here. What a scam.

I was looking for a laundromat close to me to able dry some clothes. My dryer at home is being repaired. Came across this one, but after reading the owner’s comments I won’t be giving this place a try. Very surprised by this business owner’s responses. 👀

I would give zero stars if I could. 1/2 the machines are blocked as out of order. None take quarters, only a card. The machine to get the cards of out of order. No employees around. Why are they even open?

I appreciate the fact that there's a full-time employee always on duty. The facility  and the machines were clean.

Lady was super rude. Machines do not take quarters or have option for card payments to add money. Will not be back. There’s a like a million laundry mats in Fresno. Why would anyone go back to this dump and give them business when they’re so so rude.

Like the other reviews here, I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. The owner had been rude in the past, and this last time I asked her to crease the sleeves; she said okay. When I arrived to pick up my items, I asked if the sleeves were creased. When she checked, she noticed that they were not creased, which means she never noted it in the first place. She kept stating she didn't know what to do. How does she not know what to do?! I was hoping she'd give me a small discount, but she didn't say anything but, "oh well." Although the item was cleaned, the job wasn't completed and, like before, told me to come back. Like I have the time for that! I told her I couldn't come back, and she just stared at me. She's the owner--she's supposed to have a resolution. Then when I got home, i noticed my very expensive pants were burnt from the ironing/pressing. Seems like destroying clothes is common at this place. I will never go back.

Do not get your pants tailored here. I got my pants back and they made them into high waters and said they can not fix it. They ruined my 200$ pants. Stay away. And to top it off they are pricey. They charged me 30$ to tailor my pants. When other places do 15$. I came here because it was closer to where I live. Big mistake.

My husband and I were very loyal customers of this place for almost 2 years until two very expensive suits were ruined and when we confronted the owner she was so unbelievably rude and blamed it on sweat which was absolutely crazy and not to mention the price. We were spending so much money here it was insane. Just bad business. Come to find out that elsewhere theres a place that actually cleans your clothes is friendly and is a quarter of the cost exists. Yikes. Definitely on me though for not reading the many reviews with the same issues! Do yourself and your clothes and wallet a favor and look elsewhere before you end us like me! Will never return here and will never recommend this place to anyone!
