They are very honest and let me know when a stain may be hard to remove. Once they even reimbursed me the whole price of a blouse for what was an accidental and very unnoticeable stain. I’ve been a customer for 7 years! The family who runs this business is so welcoming. They always give my 3 yo daughter a small package of fruit gummies and today gifted all their customers a lint roller for Christmas. Clothes are laundered on site.

Last day of skiing on a warm spring day the lift tower decided to dump a huge glob of grease on my ski jacket.  The stain was the size of my hand, and I tried every recommenced approach to removing the grease without any success.

I actually started looking to buy a new jacket, but I love the jacket that was stained, so dropped it off at Mayfair Cleaners on the chance they might be able to remove at least some of the grease.

To my surprise when I picked up the jacket it looked brand new!  No grease stains at all.  Tip of the hat to Mayfair for a job well done, I was not expecting such a great outcome.

I've been coming here infrequently over the last 12 years as I don't do much dry cleaning, but when I need it this is the spot.  They are much more reasonably priced than the chain dry cleaning stores in the area, service is great and employees are super friendly.  Highly recommended!

I should have listened to the negative reviews before trusting Dependable Cleaners with my suit and tie. They are anything but dependable. My suit was returned dirty, and my tie was destroyed due to improper handling. When I brought the tie back to be "fixed," I was told it had been mishandled and needed to go through their process again. When I received it the second time, the damage was irreversible. To make matters worse, they tried to hide the damage by only showing me part of the folded tie upon return, which I didn’t realize until I got home. In the end, I paid $170 for this service, and now I’m out another $50 to replace my ruined silk tie.

I called for pricing.  A 100%cotton man’s shirt is about $6 to wash and press but if it has only 2% polyester it is nearly $16.  WOW. Living near city park without a vehicle means being gouged!!!! Do not use this place.

Mona Trujillo is simply the best! She always has a great attitude and goes above and beyond to accommodate her customers. Her friendly and caring nature truly sets her apart. I drive miles past hundreds of other places just to come here because of the exceptional way I’m treated. Mona genuinely appreciates her customers, and it shows in every interaction. Have been going to this location for the past 2 years because it’s conveniently located by our home. Only get shirts simple laundered and hung occasionally for formal events. Dropped off 2 shirts (both cotton, one basic white and one basic blue shirt) to be laundered, ironed, and hung. Was expecting the bill to be around $16 ($8/shirt). Go to pick it up today and they charged me $19 (see attached receipt) just for the blue shirt. When asked what the reason was, I was told “Oh it’s because it’s full cotton.” I was flabbergasted, this same shirt has been laundered and ironed in 5 different states approximately 30 times in the past 5 years for a cost between $2-$8; I’ve hung onto the shirt for this long because I liked the way it fit (it’s literally a basic dress shirt from TJMaxx). To charge this kind of money for a simple launder and hang service is straight up dishonest. I would’ve understood if this was some special material like silk/wool/cashmere; but for a basic cotton shirt? I could’ve literally bought a new one for that much.  Last time I ever use your laundering/pressing services. Folks please be warned and read the other reviews below about this place - they will find anyway to steal money from you. There are way better and cheaper services if you go into the suburbs. Feeling ripped-off.

The pricing is good for what they charge for chef coats to be cleaned, but on this past friday I went in the establishment to get my coats cleaned and girl at the counter must have been feeling herself too much because she had the worst attitude ever. She asked for last name I gave her the name... Long story short the african amercian girl in there with the natural hair did not know the system and was trying my nerves. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS CLEANERS BECAUSE OF HER ATTITUDE AND I WISH I GOT HER NAME. You are suppose to make sure people have that customers are greeted when they come in and I would expected want people to continue to come back, but no i guess not.

The team at Continental cleaners is great!  Their service is reliable, friendly, quick and of strong value.  I take all of my dry cleaning and pressing to them each week.  I've been a customer with them since I moved to Colorado in 2018.  I tried 3 cleaners when I first arrived and the team at Continental surfaced as the best.

If I could give less then 1 star, I would!  The ONLY positive thing about this place is the pricing, but their service justifies their pricing.  Everyone person I have dealt with here is rude and they do very poor work.  I tried this place 4-5 times.  They weren't getting any of my clothes clean at all.  We aren't talking stains, but just normal wear.  I asked one of the employees about this and she gave me some b.s. response on the chemicals they use to clean garments.

I figured I would try them one last time since they were so affordable.  I laundered my own shirts this last time (since they couldn't figure out what "clean" meant), I just needed them pressed here.  They charged me the same price as dry cleaning and tagged everything "Press Only."  I got this batch of clothes back and only about half of the garments were wearable.  I honestly believe they didn't press most of my shirts, only re-hung them.  Terrible service.  I wouldn't even recommend this place to your dreaded mother-in-law!!!

I have been going to Continental for MANY years.  They have always done excellent work at the most reasonable price.  Years ago there was one problem, which they fixed immediately.  The employees are considerate, professional and always nice to deal with.  The management is easy to deal with and helpful.   The BEST

Can't beat the cost! Very affordable and fast turnaround time. However, what I've noticed is I've pointed out a couple spots that needed cleaned when I drop off my suits and they are still there when I get my suit returned. Also, my pants from my suit never come back with a center crease.
