I will never go anywhere else to do my laundry. Tiffany is awesome and very helpful. This is by far the cleanest laundromat that I have been to in the Des Moines area. Even Having issues with one of the dryers on a Sunday the owner answered my call and helped fix my issue immediately. And they even offer wash and dry service with great prices

Isabelle is the nicest, hardest working lady!!  She keeps the place so clean, even the restroom when you are aware some unhoused people use it! She will help with anything you need, navigating the complex machines and just being super friendly.  The dryers work great, no need for extra time if you don't overload. A relative used the drop off service it was very costly and attendant used too much soap but manager fixed things buy putting through a second time with no soap! Good customer service! Give Isabelle a raise, $$ she is FANTASTIC 😇

This is my go to Laundromat! Everything is super clean, there's always a gal cleaning the machines after every use when I'm there.

I love the card system- no need to haul around quarters anymore! You can load up your card with either cash at the kiosk or a debit or credit card at the machines themselves! Plus you earn points from washing and drying clothes and once you reach 350 points you get $3.50 credit added to your card!

I do wish that they had one of those handicap push buttons outside both doors, it would make it much easier to get the door open while carrying in my laundry.

NOT AFFORDABLE in my opinion, because it's literally the same price as any other laundromat, PLUS they tack on extra fees.

Pros- Clean environment. Accepts quarters and credit cards.

BUT after you select your wash and start to pay then they ask you if you want all this extra stuff. It implies that there might not be enough water to wash your clothes, or all the detergent might stay in your clothes if you don't do a second rinse for a dollar more. ALSO if you select one of those then it changes your wash to HOT instead of cold if you previously selected cold. VERY VERY annoying. I did not want to wash those clothes hot, and it wouldn't let me change my selection because I already paid. I'm just going to wash my clothes in a bath tub until I get a washer machine, forget all this corporate-greed expensive nonsense.

I came here with a friend about a month ago and had a good experience, but decided I wanted to try other places.. went to a different laundromat nearby and I gotta say, I will not be doing that again. Swift suds is generally very clean, and honestly SO peaceful for being a laundromat environment. It’s also very affordable (as long as you bring your own detergent). I guess I’ve found myself a new laundromat home😂

Horrible don’t waste your time. Walked in the door wasted $1.25 for soap didn’t even come out. Maybe maintain this better? Re fill supplies? Clean this place up. It’s horrible. You don’t even answer either. And 14 quarters for a quick wash? Wild 🤣 I’ll be going back to my fleur laundry location. It’s cleaner. Nicer. & worth the pay.

Spent $4.50 plus laundry soap and fabric softener today to do a load of laundry.. The washer did not have any water.  I called the number they have posted. No answer, left a message, no return phone call.
Plus there lots of homeless sleeping on tables and using the restroom to take their sponge baths. They also hound people for money. I won't be returning to this place.

The facility is very clean and the machines worked just fine. I would normally reccommened. But the staff member working was not very welcoming. We came in around 6:30 pm. Two hours before closing and the women on the clock informed me and every customer that came in after me that she "had been there since 7am". In addition, that it has been busy all day and to hurry up "because she has cleaning to do". This continued the whole time I was at the facility and up until we left. She was even in the parking lot expressing her irritation with the amount of customers in the building. I understand working long shifts can be stressful, especially during this time. But as a customer, this staff member made me and others feel unwelcome and rushed.

Their washers don’t use hot water, did a hot water wash on my comforter and watched and hardly any water came out for the wash and I asked why (the blue tide spot was clearly visible and not wet while washing) she said you shouldn’t wash in hot water most people don’t- what? Most people wash in hot water, basically saying the hot water is not plugged into the machine but I choose a hot water wash so I just didn’t get any water for a wash- they basically said oh well and the rinse cycle will clean it- beyond disappointed spending 5 dollars for nothing, now I have to wait for it to rinse and go wash it AGAIN at another laundry mat. Will never be back. Also the lady drying clothes told me only one of the dryers work!

Staff are VERY helpful to EVERYONE. They keep this place very clean! Prices are great!
