Anthony went above and beyond in helping us by locating the excess material from a hemming project done by Classic Dry Cleaners.  I wanted to use the excess material to make a pocket square for my husband. He diligently searched and found the remnants for me!! Anthony is a good person and an asset to Classic Dry Cleaners. Thank you Anthony.  Also, my dress was perfectly hemmed!!

Three times they failed to remove a small spot on two different shirts and a jacket. All of them were small food stains. They simply added a tag stating that "Special attention has been given etc.".
I was convinced they have to be thrown out until my mother in-law cleaned it without any issues.

The staff is friendly and nice, they iron clothes nicely, but at this point I'm convinced they don't even try to remove any stain. However they are happy to collect the extra fees.

The tailor completely ruined my mom's, my sister's, & my niece's dresses for my youngest sister's wedding. Instead of bustling the train on my mom's dress, she CUT IT OFF & she took in the wrong side of the strap on my sister's dress, making it unwearable. My dress was supposed to be done today, one week before the wedding & it was only when I called was I told she didn't get it done & it won't be done until end of day on Monday at the earliest. We're all VERY upset to say the least!

I brought in a very nice dress that was rayon and silk, it was in perfect condition. I inspected it very carefully prior to dropping it off.  There is a tiny stain on it now near the bodice and a tear near the bottom skirt. This dress costs over 300 bucks. This is the second time I’ve been to this place and I wasn’t thrilled the first time either. However the staff at the desk is very kind and pleasant so I’m giving an extra star.

This cleaners is terrific and the staff is always very courteous.  I take only the most delicate clothes in like my silks but I notice that they are always busy so that has to say something for the service here!

Nothing like getting your cloths back dirtier than when you dropped off!  Shirt looks like stuff was dropped all over it.  Best part is they told me to go to another dry cleaners they would not rewash and iron it.  Wow great customer service...NOT!  Do not use this cleaner.  As far as alterations, they did a fine job of ruining a pair of pants that were to be hemmed.  In the trash they went no fixing the mess they made.

First time using their service to get my sweater (with white collar and shirt tail) cleaned. Came back as good as new.

The owner operator has been my go to dry cleaner for over 20 years, at different  locations. He has always came through for me and my family, even when the ask was great!

I took my son's pants in there to be hemmed 3". That's all that needed done and it was very simple to understand. I noticed the man didn't write it down after I told him. So before I left, I double checked just to make sure he wouldn't forget. He confirmed that he understood. I went back a week later and got the pants. I drove the whole way home just to realize they didn't do anything at all! They didn't even attempt to hem the pants. I received back the EXACT same pants I dropped off. I paid $14, waited a week, and wasted my time driving there and back twice all so I could get the same pants back. I'm giving them 2 stars simply because I used them before and they did what they were supposed to do before. If not for those past times, they would get 1 star at most.
