We've had two wedding gowns cleaned and preserved at Sam's Dry Cleaners recently.  The service and turnaround on the gowns was great.

I brought my wedding dress to Sam’s because a lot of people in a bridal FB group recommended them — and they did not disappoint! They took great care of my dress and it was ready the next day. My dress had a lot of delicate lace, and it was in perfect condition when I picked it up. It was very reasonably priced, too. I highly recommend Sam’s if you have delicate items that need dry cleaning.

I've been going to Sam's for years. They are always professional, have really great prices and don't really turn anything away. I've gotten a dress altered there as well.

However, today I am writing in because we dropped off my husband's grandfather's burial flag that was not well taken care of before we got a hold of it. They did an amazing job restoring it to the best of their ability and I'm so thankful for them.

I got my wedding dress and husband’s suits dry cleaned here and it was a great experience! I liked that the wedding dress and preservation were a fixed priced. I didn’t get my dress preserved but the dress looks great. The suit and extra men’s items we dropped off were done quickly and also looked great.

For reference, I included photos of original dress which mainly had grass and dirt stains from outdoor photos. No food or drink spills.

Charged me more than 8 dollars to iron (only iron, no cleaning) a basic shirt and it is not properly ironed. When I asked the price for ironing shirts in a prior visit, they quoted me $4-5. Very unsatisfactory price and quality of service. Will not visit again.

I really like to Ruby’s . They’re very professional and put a lot of attention on your need .  I used their dry cleaning and fabric care service . As you can see from the before and after pictures, They know what they are doing :) They will be my first place to go if anything I need!

As an aside, they will stamp the inside of your clothing item with a barcode that will likely remain there for a few months and write your name in pen.

You need to explicitly request for them to tag your clothing item with a pin if you do not want this.

After reading various reviews of different dry cleaners and I  decided to try this one for my business attires and white winter coat. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience.
Summary : Friendly Staff, reasonable price, fast service and  good quality with great care for my clothes.

The staff there are friendly and they took notes of my comments regarding the clothes conditions. They helped with delivery and pricing is very reasonable too.  The staff explained me about the discount for upfront payment as well.  It was done within 3 days. When I received my clothes back, those were like the new ones, nicely ironed and protected with hanger and cover. I tried other dry cleaning services before and this one made me delighted.

Dropped off 13 lbs of laundry here for same day service while in for a work trip. They came back neatly folded and smelling good in a timely manner. Very Happy w/ the service

I opted for pickup and delivery service. Clothes were picked up and delivered when scheduled. Cleaners did a great job and even called when there was a question about a garment. I thought the prices were reasonable. Overall service was excellent and I would definitely use them again.

I LOVE Cathy!!!   I have taken my daughter's homecoming and prom dresses  to Cathy for years for alterations and pressing - they always look amazing and fit her perfect!! My husband takes all his dress shirts to her and she does a wonderful job. I HIGHLY recommend  Cathy's Dry Cleaning!!

Took a dress in last week to have the straps shortened and the sides taken in a very small amount. The straps are WAY too short and she added a seam where there is no seam and the seams are not even even. I paid a lot of money for this dress. I should have just had the courage to do it myself. Now the dress is ruined and I was planning to wear it to my cousins wedding in 3 days. Will be calling to complain.

NEVER will I take anything there, I heard from other people about things being stolen or misplaced. But I gave them a chance with a very valuable item, when I went to pick it up I was told the solvent they used disintegrated my item ! WHAT !  Was told this has never happened before- could not show me any part of it. I showed her pictures and the cost she was not happy but did pay me after asking me if I would take less money. Be very cautious

Owner is very nice and her work is top notch. I would recommend this cleaners to everyone.
