Always do my laundry late at night 2 separate times i ended getting broken machines, no big deal - it happens. The best part, someone showed up within 15 minutes of eaxh call and refunded me my money and was super nice about it and even gave me free dryer sheets for the inconvenience. Also i noticed someone comes late at night and cleans which is a plus. I always pick up my dryer sheets and trash but not everyone does that so it can be a little messy in there because there isn't someone staffed 24/7 cleaning...if the general public would clean up after itself it would.be a much cleaner place but again someone comes every night to clean up and I've watched her wipe down all machines,  sweep and mop floor and empty trash. I truly believe they do the best they can with what they are working with. Also this is a huge plus I've never seen a roach at this place as I have at some other places in marshall and longview so overall A + from me!

Very clean machines was and dry well and the air conditioning works well and the parking is not bad either I work all over the United States and it’s been one of the best coin laundry’s I’ve ever been to

Some of the dryers have the metal rotating tubs a little torn up with SHARP EDGES that will cut You and Your clothes up. 3 on the top row on the left. Rotate them around and check for Yourself. CAREFULLY !!!

My experience here was unprofessional. They were rude when I picked up the dry cleaning items I needed dry cleaned.  The lady behind the counter was very unprofessional with taste and attitude towards everyone coming in. They ripped the zipper off one of my jackets and claimed it was like that before. But it was not noted on the lady who wrote it down, infact she no longer works there because they have been dishonest with hours and how they treated her.... she is a close friend.  Their website says alterations,  but indeed, they do not do it in-house. Avoid using this place until they have quality customer service professionals come in and teach these younger folks some manners.

When I walked in, the girl at the desk was very unprofessional. She did not greet me, instead rolled her eyes and appeared to not want to help me. Then she double charged me for 1 article. When I returned for it, I had to bring someone she knew with me so that she would charge me the correct price. When I got back to my office, I looked my corset over and realized that it was not even cleaned!! Not only were they unprofessional with customer service, but they didn't even perform the service I paid for! I highly recommend going somewhere else...

DO NOT GO HERE  unless you want to iron your clothes when you get home and pay $70 to have them cleaned. Dont count on the drive thru they dont come to the car. Do not pre pay they DO NOT give you the discount. I even asked if they did and she said yes. KNOWING she Did NOT give it to me.!! I am very very mad about the entire experience. If I am paying $70 to get my clothes dry cleaned I shouldnt have to iron them when I get home. I will NEVER be back

I've used other dry cleaners before. This is by far the best place I've ever used. The prices are fair and if I ever have a problem with a garment they take care of it. I've been a regular here for over a year now and will keep coming back. I've met the owners and they are just nice people that care about their business.

Love this place. Great place to get your  dry cleaning done ✔ very professional and friendly place.
