Recently ran into a time crunch with cleaning/pressing my daughter's wedding dress.  Andrew checked into timing and pricing for me and called me to let me know that it was done ahead of schedule!  This relieved a lot of stress for us.  Great experience!!

I asked for a suit, 2 shirts and a dress to be pressed and altered by Wednesday night. I understood the tight timeline but I was told it could happen. When I arrived on Wednesday at around 6:00 pm the dress was not there. The jacket for the suit was nowhere to be found. He seemed extremely disorganized and had trouble even finding the garments that were actually ready.  I was asked “Did I tell you it would be ready today?” Mhmh. The answer is yes, otherwise I would have not dropped it off. He even mentioned it would be no trouble to do the dry cleaning but the altering of the dress would take longer and yet he agreed to Wednesday after 5:00 pm. My flight is tomorrow at 5:40 am. I was asked to return in 2 hours. I had another commitment I missed because I was told I would be called possibly before then. The owner seemed more concerned with having to stay there and “wanting to go home” as he mentioned, than the stress I went under thinking I wouldn’t have this dress for the wedding I’m attending. If the timeline was too tight then say you can’t do it, but don’t fake guarantees and then act like you didn’t do that. Will not return and it’s a shame because I was looking forward to good service to start continuous business. The whole ordeal was handled poorly; I was furious and he’s trying to make small talk and act like nothing happened. I still paid full price, but I am grateful he at least stayed until my dress was returned.

It really should only have one star.  The day I showed up to pick my clothing up it was not bagged to go out.  They handed to me anyway pretending it was done.  Still charged me,  tried to pretend they made a mistake on the change and almost took an extra 5 dollars.  When I got home my clothing was still dirty.  Do not trust these people at all.  They are shady

I had two pairs of shorts hemmed and taken in and was told it would be $80 for both . The owner crossed out 80 and wrote 160 on the ticket. while inflation and overall cost of everything has risen. paying almost 200 dollars for such a service is absurd. I will not be going to this business anymore. And would recommend all avoid it as well.

I went to this place to drop off 4 shirts to be dry clean. I asked about the prices since they don’t have them listed and the older guy assisting me kept avoiding the question. After he takes my information, he hands me a ticket for $30 and when I asked how much each shirts cost, he YELLED AT ME to get out and started speaking in his native language. He kept yelling at me for no reason. I felt very threatened since I am a small person and pregnant so I grabbed my shirts and got out as soon as I could. I definitely do not recommend anyone to do business with this place. The older guy at the front definitely has anger issues.

I went in to get my daughter’s white dress steam cleaned. I left the dress there and then something told me to go back and get it. I told person (older Asian man)  never mind. He said “no” I asked him what he meant by telling me “no”( there is a languages barrier). So he asked me to come to the back to show me that he’d started. He was ironing the dress. I did not want the dress ironed for fear of something getting on it, it’s all white. When I continued to tell him I need the dress back he left the iron sitting on the bottom of the dress. I told him that he was going to burn it. He ignored me and continued to talk so I tried gently pulling the fabric from under his iron(without touching his iron). He snatched the dress up, threw it at me and told me to get out. The he pushed me (before I had the chance to move). Then proceeded to tell me , a black woman, that we are no good people. His words “You no good people!”. I do not have a reason to patronize a business of a racist person.

Horrible price. Needed 6 large tablecloths cleaned. They charged $40 a piece! Would have cost me over $240! I’ve looked other places and it’s at least half that price. I’ve never used their services, but I definitely won’t after this.
