I went to Krystal Kleen after having a disappointing experience at a different dry cleaners. I’d originally taken my wedding dress to be cleaned at another dry cleaners in the area and it was returned to me with marks still all over it and one of the buttons ripped off. They said it was impossible to get the marks out and that they weren’t miracle workers. So I then took my dress to Krystal Kleen and told them the situation. They were very understanding and took extra care with the dress. They got ALL of the marks out and the dress looks as good as new. They were incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating, and they even delivered the dress to us when they were done. I’ll be going to them from now on!

I contacted Crystal kleenex to ask if they do curtains and if they do a take down  and put back service  this was for my parents  they were brilliant  they gave us a quote which was good  and came at 1pm same day, then they bought back the curtains next day at 1pm. Brilliant service  lovely staff  would fully recomend these guys very respectfull  and nothing was any trouble for them .

I took my green silk evening dress to Posh Wash at lunchtime today, where we have been a customer for over 20 years. When pressing the dress earlier, our iron had spat out some muck and badly stained the dress, which I needed for a summer ball at Worcester Golf and Country club this evening.
Posh wash were absolutely brilliant and although they initially said they couldn’t do anything with it until the end of next week, they agreed to fit in dry cleaning it and have it ready by 5pm. They did say they couldn’t guarantee to get the stain removed, but when I went back at 5pm today, the dress was ready and absolutely perfect!

Called this morning with an urgent dry cleaning request, suit was needed the same day, absolutely no bother at all! These guys are amazing, cannot rate highly enough.

I am very unhappy with the service we received when we took my husband's jacket for dry cleaning, as all the filling got ruined. The owner was very argumentative and quite rude when we mentioned that the filling in the jacket was damaged. Very disappointing!

A pair of jeans I handed in to be stitched as there were rips on both legs, came back looking like new. However, I feel a bit let down that out of the 4 t shirts I gave them to be dry cleaned, 3 of them came back with stains still on. I would have appreciated being informed at the very least, not to have to discover it back home after paying. Customer service guys please.
