Jonathon did an amazing job cleaning my carpet-truly above and beyond.  He was incredibly kind, professional, and he put in so much effort- you could tell that he genuinely cared about the results.  He managed to remove very old, stubborn stains that previous carpet cleaners couldn’t touch. The carpets look practically new!  I can’t recommend him highly enough - hardworking, meticulous, and a pleasure to deal with Thank you Jonathon!

Johnathan was quick and efficient. EDIT after returning to the house after it was cleaned, the stains have all returned. Looked good while wet, but not good when dry.

I have used Morgans Group to clean my carpet for over 20 years. They always do a fantastic job. Lawrence was easy going and a delight to work with. He was on time, very helpful and efficient. He is also very knowledgeable about carpets and stains. Once he finished cleaning my 20 year old carpets they looked brand new!! Even better, they were completely dry over night after being cleaned late afternoon the day before. Charlotte from reception also gets a shout out for being so helpful :).

Although there were a few problems to start with, the management moved into over drive, Con came back to have a look at the windows. The result is truly amazing, never have my windows been so clean, they look as if you could walk through them. From the receptionist, Charlotte to the Manager, Con, excellent service.
