I would recommend Ruby to anyone wanting alterations done. She is so talented and accommodating. I will be using her as my go to for any alterations in the future. I'm so very happy I found her.

Requested to shorten and hem my PU leather pants. Waited over a week, then they still had the nerve to charge me $27 dollars for their botched glue job that I now have to take somewhere else to get fixed, if it can even be fixed at all.

They tried to lie to my face by saying that they tried to sew it, but the glue stains were “already there” when they worked on the pants…. as if I’m that stupid. Beware.

Very impressed, alteror is creative and professional. They listened to my idea to put a hoodie on my toy and they made it into reality. I recommend them to anyone who needs alteration services.

I saw the high google rating and thought I checked it out. I met the owner on a Sunday, and she was very kind and very helpful in understanding what I needed for washing and drying and using the pay machine. After my drying, she told me how long to go and while I. Waiting, we had a lovely chat and watched her clean the store. It was very well presented  and one of the cleanest laundromat I've been to in a long time. And there's free and fast Wi-Fi.  Will definitely recommend this place if you need a laundromat on the Gold Coast.

Very easy to use washers and dryers with simple payment processing kiosk. Extremely clean and well maintained equipment and local onsite staff that provide fantastic help if you need it. Great value, excellent facilities and awesome staff to help with anything. Highly recommend if you are looking for a laundromat in the runaway Bay Area of the Gold Coast.

By far the best laundromat I have ever been to & also the friendliest!!! Belinda is warm & kind. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with whilst my laundry was been processed. The signage on the machines is fantastic & easy to read too. Oh & I love the names on the washing machines! (too cute)

Wow! Haven't been to a Laundromat in Australia for a LONG time! Was totally NOT prepared for the very pleasant experience at Belinda's Lost Socks Laundromat at Coombabah. The Laundromat itself was impeccably clean and Belinda was incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely happy to help. I would definitely recommend this Laundromat and will have no hesitation to return in the future. Excellent prices too!

Nicely organized laundromat. Machines and dryers work and are clean. Prices are reasonable. 1$ for wash powder is okay too. Free customer wifi and music. Staff is friendly! Good experience!
