Lots of washers and dryers of different sizes. Fast loads for loads are possible.  Facility was clean. Change machine and soap for sale. Felt safe in there.  Wish they had more than one basket to wheel clothes from machine to machine or folding table. Will use again for big items for sure!

Update. Apparently new owners now. Washing machines pouring water out the back, no contact numbers whatsoever. Garbage cans upside down. Just lack of care it seems. This used to be my go to laundromat. I feel in the last few months it's been slipping. Many machines have been out of order for months. The new "double load" washers at the door leave you scratching your head as you barely get one normal load in them. It is generally fairly clean. And the owners listen when I call with issues to give them a heads up. I still go because I'm a creature of habit, but would like to see the machines not down so long.

This place is super clean. They have soap, an atm and change machine. The place is clean and most of the washers are modern. They have a 4 load and a few 3 load washers. Their dryers are super fast.

Great machines and the lady that works there is always pleasant to talk to. It's always clean and the machines are seldomly broken.

Every machine I've tried there resulted in a load of wet laundry that *stank* and had miscellaneous debris stuck in it. When I asked for help, the manager gave me my money back and paid for a new wash like it happens all day for her. And it is incredibly expensive. I mean incredible, you won't believe it. To do my normal laundry for the two people in my household would cost me $40 a week. Stopped going after two different attempts, hoping that it was just a couple of bad machines that I chose. It was too disgusting. Switched to Roula's, which is bad in different ways but at least my laundry only costs around $15-20 and comes out clean.

I love this place. The owner is super awesome and there laundry mat is very clean. I would always do my laundry and talk with the owner. If you had any problem no matter what it could be he was there too help. And it's nice too see someone not complaining about there job. Also if you need any change for the machines he is always ready too give you change. I went too other laundry places and when I asked for change it would always seem like am bugging them or something. Just glade that it never happens at this location. So in my opinion in cornwall Ontario McConnell laundry mat is by far the best place. Sure there a few machines that are out of order. Go too any other place and you see the same. So please give this place a chance and help the owner stay open.also there gorcery store has more product then any corner store I ever saw and the prices are pretty decent on deferent items.

Completely ignorant and rude over literally 20 cents I am a daily customer he usually lets me off 20 cents I sent my fiance because usually he lets him off 20 cents as well but today he wants to be sexist because he wouldn't listen to my fiance was completely rude to him he only listens to me don't go to him he only wants to objectify women

Look the owner is fantastic and amazing guy, but the fact that the laundromat seems to be closed every other day now is a really huge inconvenience.

Love this corner store Raj is always friendly joking happy man... always keeps the shelfs stocked and clean... as for the one who says he's not open all the time we all have a life so sometimes he closes early or can't make it in he always posts when he can't be in so its your own issue for not noticing the sign...

Roula's laundromat

Laundromat is managed by Napoleon’s Restaurant which is right next and around the corner. Its convenient and everything should be brought by you. There is no washing detergent, dryer papers etc. All thats available are washers and dryers at 3-Loonies for washing and 3L for dryer. Its empty on weekends which means it will be pretty empty during weekdays as well. The owner of Napoleon is kind enough to give me loonies when asked for. Pretty simple and straight forward.

Compared to other laundromats I've been to across the country, it's a 2 star establishment. But compared to the other laundromats here in Cornwall, it's a 3 to 4 star,  because it's bright, spacious and clean with deep tub washing machines for only $3 a load, whereas some other laundromats here have decrepit musty old machines with half tubs that take only a half load of washing.  And the newer laundromats cost between $4.50 to $8 per wash. 😳🤨

Drawbacks to this place:  1. Lack of adequate parking 2. No washroom 3. No change machine 4. No option or machine to purchase laundry detergent or dryer sheets 5. The water temperature is always cold, even when you choose "hot" 6. The dryers reject the newer, lighter loonies so you'll need to bring a pocket full of the older heavier coins to get them to work. 7. No .25¢ dry-as-long-as-you-need option and your mandatory $3 per dry only gets a mere 20 minutes, which is insufficient to dry thicker clothing and large loads.

Only come here cause McConnell laundry mat is worse ..
Meet a lot of ignorant rude customers in these laundry mats .

Found machines dirty , tables grossly dirty.

Machines are always breaking down and now they've blocked the 25¢ slot on the dryers to force people to pay more. Dryers don't even work most the time.

It used to be good, but it’s going downhill. The washroom is filthy most of the time, it’s generally not well-maintained anymore. Many of the machines are out of order. I go because of two very large oversize washers when I was in yesterday one was not working at all and has not been for about a month. The other one only takes quarters so you’ll have to feed 44 quarters into it for a load it’s been that way for about a month as well. Prices have gone up, maintenance has gone down. Plus now the place is flooded with kids at noon. They come over from the nearby schools, order at the fry shack and then come into the laundromat to eat and get out of the cold. I won’t be going back.

NEVER AGAIN! Horrible and rundown washing machines they dont even clean your clothes, very expensive considering they haven't got newer machines... I only went because blossom, my usually go to was very busy and had nothing available to use.

NEVER going there again! Not only was it expensive, my blankets didn't wash properly and when I told this to the owner he blamed me for over loading the washer. I had put ONE blanket in each front load washer (as asked on the sign) and he STILL blamed me for overloading! I had REWASHED Two sheets (which Any wash can handle normally) and my sheets STILL didn't wash proper. I would not recommend that place to anyone! Very upset I wasted about $40 on laundry that never got washed and I had to waste more money going elsewhere just to get them clean.

I come here every single week, and usually have no issues other than a dirty washroom. Today when I showed up, like any other Sunday, it was extremely icy infront of the doors. I watched a middle aged man slip going in, my boyfriend slipped going in (both thankfully didnt fall) and when I was coming back out I slipped and did fall. My boyfriend called the owner to let him know what happened and to tell him to come and salt before someone else falls. He got there quickly but was extremely rude and agressive. He didn't ask if I was okay, didn't apologize and didn't show once ounce of him being sorry that it happened. All he could say was that he did salt, earlier that day. Clearly it didn't work, or he didn't come back to check. Realistically mistakes happen, and we all know that but the way he acted towards a loyal customer who spends at LEAST $20 a week at his establishment, was wrong. We will not be back. We will not spend any more of our hard earned money at this place. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

The guy worker needs to relax a bit !! Would not recommend!
