I contacted them and their response was that they wouldn't be able to do it today. I told them that they should have at least let me know, but their only response was that it could be scheduled for tomorrow morning. They didn't even apologize or anything. In their defense, they do deliver the clothes in good condition, but their customer service is terrible.
