I recently took 2 dresses, a long cardigan and pair of trousers to be altered. The seamstress employed is exceptional. The items I received back were perfect and all done for a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend and will most definitely be using again in the future. Excellent service.

My Mrs dropped my 3 piece suit in on Wednesday; it required stitching on the jacket and a good dry clean as it hadn’t been worn in a year. With the wedding we were attending being today(Saturday) we needed it done ASAP. We had tried two other dry cleaners and neither of which could fulfil both services in that time frame. Sparkle have not only dry cleaned my suit and shirt but the stitching is brilliant on the jacket! All that for £22, I’m absolutely stoked! Thanks very much guys. Would 100% recommend!

Woman on the desk very rude like she doesn't want to be there!!! Made me feel really uncomfortable so ended up going elsewhere...wouldn't recommend!

Person at counter is bit rude and aggressive. I went because I have a feathers jacket that got a bit bumpy, lady didn't even let me finish and she said you have to dry it yourself. Then I tried to explain I wanted it washed and dried and she said it's expensive, it's not washable. I was about to say give it a try anyway but seemed like she was doing me a favour so I think I'll try somewhere else

Very helpful staff. I have never been at a launderette before. The lady asked if I want to leave or do myself. I wanted a quick turn around so decided to wait. The lady did everything for me, I just paid.  Next door nice costa so easy to wait. Not cheap but for driving around looking for one open would cost the difference. No brainer. Duvets will be washed there

I hadn’t used a laundrette in years so called beforehand as I wanted to wash the cover for a sofa. Andrea was very helpful & said to bring it in & she’d look at it. She did just that - took one look at it & told me what size machine to use. I was going for a very big one & she said to use the medium sized one which was actually cheaper. I was going for a coffee & she told me what time to come back at. I was back a few minutes early &, despite being on the phone & unloading machines, she brought me a chair from the back. She then helped me unload when my machine finished. Her advice was spot on & she has great customer service skills. If my machine breaks down, this will be where I’ll go. Thank you Andrea!
