I dropped off a dress shirt and a football jersey late Friday and was able to pick them up by 5 PM on Monday. Extremely disappointed. Recently took a new jacket in to get 2" taken off the cuff. Dropped it off on a Monday and was told it would be ready Wednesday. It was not until the following Monday, the day I was flying out for a wedding, that it was ready. When I tried it on, the 2" had been taken out of the shoulder side of the sleeve, causing the entire sleeve to bind. I have repeatedly tried to get into contact with Pearl (Manager) but she will not return my calls and is always "out of the office". I now have a ~$300 jacket with sleeves that are too small in the shoulders and sit about halfway up my forearm. Extremely disappointed.

Their team came in after a flood, packed my possessions, moved my furniture out, dried up the water, pulled the tiles and removed all the water damage. Brad Barber, the project manager, met with me before work started, explained the process and was in constant communication during the entire project.  Not only that, but he moved some furniture around so I can access my dresser and sleep in my own bed tonight while we determine the replacement flooring to be used.  It was a great experience start to finish.

These guys were fantastic to work. They preformed mitigation and reconstruction after my kitchen flooded. My project managers communication was flawless and timing on each portion of the project was spot on. Great group to hire for your next project need!

Brad was wonderful today. We have had tryouts fans blowing for four days and they are noisy. He checked our floors and walls for dryness then turned off the fans. He spent about 15 minutes discussing flooring which was invaluable. He removed all equipment, pushed our refrigerator back in place, and even brought in a case of water. I cannot recommend Servpro enough. My 74 year old grandma had water damage from a roof leak after the most recent hail storm. The insurance company was being extremely difficult. Servpro went out of their way to contact the insurance to get the claim approved. With insurance denying the claim, it was not going to be possible for my grandma to get her bathroom fixed. Servpro stepped in and helped her tremendously. My family cannot thank these guys enough. It’s so rare to find a company that cares more about helping the community than making a quick buck. This is the best Laundromat in NWA. I've gone to a couple in Rogers, and Fayetteville, and this is the cleanest, safest, and friendliest one in town. I bet you'll have the best experience if you visit Mon-Thursday. That's usually when Sue is working.  She is very friendly, and helpful. There's also another gentleman who I see on Mondays, and he does a great job maintaining the washers. It's the reason I like coming over early in the week.

Affordable and convenient..however, the dryer labeled DT-31 literally burnt my quilt after 30 minutes of drying. I had the dryer on high temp but I didn't know it would burn it almost causing a freaking fire. My quilt is supposed to be white...

I honestly am impressed with the selection of laundry machines here compared to the one closer to my house. This one has a 60lb load machine for $7.50, a 40lb load machine for $6 dollars, and a smaller machine for $ for 3 dollars. I even saw a machine for $8.75 unsure the size as that is out of my price range. The dryer is 3 dollars. I am giving it 4 stars because one of the washers I chose did smell a little funky but I think that is hard to control because people close the doors and honestly all of these suckers should be open to prevent fungus from build with the humidity. At least I think it would help with it drying out.

I’ve been a patron of quick and clean laundry often on for years now my mother use them and their services often when her machine would go out or she just had a lot of laundry to catch up on and I have used them recently when I was living out of her land in my RV and when I’ve been mobile various RV parks here locally we’ve been in the area for 33 years I recently moved to the Gulf coast down on the Biloxi Gulfport area and I just want to say that it was really nice today to walk in and do a couple loads and the bathrooms were so clean. I felt cleaner when I walked out and I can’t say the same That I see that anymore the customer service I had to get some assistance on a jammed machine, kind, professional, clean and our community and Springdale does a great job and I just wanted to because it’s really important right now on this day and age, given the state of our world and society, and I just wanna appreciate the folks that quick and clean for dinner stand out job for the community because a lot of us rely on you. thank you and be blessed!

Very kind and helpful staff who were happy to answer all of my questions and point me in the right direction. I have only been here a handful of times, but it has always been clean and the machines do a good job at getting my laundry clean. Hasn’t been overly crowded when I’ve been here. Would recommend if looking for a laundromat.

First time there, had to wash and dry my comforter because it wouldn't fit in my washer or dryer. Clean facility, had a variety of different size washers and dryers. Didn't realize it cost $8.75 to wash in the big dryer and $3.00 for 30 minutes to dry I added quarters at 3 minutes added on. Expensive,  but I had to do it. And the great thing it's 24 hour.

This place is so disgusting.... I'm always having to clean out the washers before I put my clothes in them. Just last week I found a piece of an adults tooth in the washer. I'm so done coming here. I don't live far from here but I would rather drive clear across town to another laundromat that even costs more before dealing with this sorry place ever again. It  either needs new management and employees that actually do something or the health department needs to shut it down because it's absolutely ridiculous.

By far my favorite Laundry in the USA.  Very cool nice people. And very nice place. Super state of the art machines! Very dog and trucker friendly. Highly recommend!

For a homeless person, I really can't complain about not having access to a laundromat. However; you can't deny that this place needs some work with all the down machines for regular use compared to the industrial machines. You do have plenty of space to do your laundry with guards to folding and places to sit plus a huge TV to be entertained along with video games, but a lot more can be done when you got vending machines washing machines and a beverage machine halfway or not working at all.

My wife does laundry here but this morning may be the last time. The Hispanic woman working there told her she had to go somewhere else to use the bathroom.

Pretty cool place to chill out and enjoy your self. You won't regret it. Give them a try, my friend in Christ.

I recently returned to this laundromat and noticed it’s under new management. The waiting room has a cute vibe, but the chairs are uncomfortable. Prices have definitely increased; I spent about $20–$25 for two loads. Even using the dryers on high heat, I had to reload them a couple times to get my clothes dry. Overall, it’s a nice update, but there’s room for improvement.
