Tom-Ford. Dolce&Gabana , Phillip plain to clean up, and they destroy it, and when i spoke with the manager about that , he was very rude,

I've been there several times and the clothes came out nicely and neat. However, the last trip that I had, the result was not good at all. My black coat has some dogs hair already and it's still attached to my coat like it was earlier.  After the disappointment, I'm not returning to the place.

I recently used National Cleaners and Laundry for my dry cleaning and was extremely impressed with the quality of their service. This dry cleaners is my favorite spot to go to!!! The prices are so affordable and they clean my items beautifully every time. They have never once damaged or were unable to clean what I brought in. While it is not the most attractive building on the outside, the services are unbeatable.

If you want your clothes ruined, bring them to this place. I brought a brand new formal dress to get pressed, and they ruined it. It had a lot of tread pull out. It was a brand-new dress. They tried to tell me it had stains, and it was already like that. How can a brand-new dress be damaged? I have proof. I have just ordered the dress, and it has just arrived. I wouldn't recommend that you bring your clothes here. I was told a manager or owner should call me and pay for the damaged dress. Now I don't have a dress for the special event.

I've been looking for a trustworthy cleaners for a while, so while conducting business, I noticed this cleaners next door and thought I'd give it a try. I had two coats, one Calvin Klein and the other a unique vintage black swing coat. Both are black. Well, I should have known how things were going to turn being that they have no promotions for first time clients like most cleaners have. The only discount offered is if you pay upfront, which is something I normally do, but being my first time, I wanted to make sure I didn't pay in case they ruined my garments.

They didn't "ruin" my garments, but lint was still on both coats and the coats were wrinkled. Not sure how it would get that type of wrinkle being on a rack waiting for me to pick it up???? But it looked like it was not steamed/pressed... whatever they do. But the lint? On Black? No one could see that? Come on!

In any case, I will not be returning. I have an amazing cleaners but since moving its VERY far away. But, if when you find someone that does it right....it's worth the drive and price!

I am utterly disappointed with the service I received. I entrusted them with my wife's shoes for cleaning, only to have them return damaged beyond repair. The fabric was ruined, turned yellow, and became stiff. When I requested to speak to the manager, they sent out someone who claimed to be the owner, and his attitude was appalling. He dismissed my concerns and acted rudely, stating that the damage was my problem. Despite my shoes being worth $400, he showed no remorse and only offered to waive the fee. This is not how customer service should be conducted. I strongly advise against ever patronizing this establishment.

I have NEVER done a bad review in my life. I usually let things go but this place deserves it. This is a warning, do not go to this dry cleaners.

My fiancé had her wedding dress ruined from a simple steam, they stained the dress and there was rust on the dress. This is the day before the wedding & it's completely thrown a spanner in the works for her. On top of that they were rude to my fiancé regarding this and showed absolutely 0 remorse, after being promised that they were going to fix it, half their team went home at 2 pm and didnt clean it, knowing the wedding is the next day. This shows you that this place doesn't respect your clothes and you as an individual. Save yourselves and your clothes.

Great service and had my sports coats ready as promised, when other places couldn't do the cleaning in that same time frame. Plus, was very satisfied with the outcome of my white coat that had stains I didn't notice and was told they probably weren't going to be able to get them off...well they did! I will be a returning customer.

They do great work! Just brought in a fabric headboard cushion I was not sure could be fixed but sure enough they were able to get all the pesky stains out! Thank you!

I went out and to make a long story short, someone threw up on my suit.  I thought it was ruined.  They took it, cleaned it, and it is absolutely spotless.  Saved me so much money and had it all done within the week.  Life time costumer for sure!
