First time here. The guy did not speak English at all. Coin machine took $1 and gave me $.50. Out of the $8 I tried to get I ended up with $6.75 then machine said out of order. Bathroom had feces all over the place. Drier doors do not stay closed. And the customer service number does not get answered. Only good thing is that the driers are free

Bring your own coins because it’s very rare that they have change on their machines. What i like about this place is that they have free dryers. So you only pay to wash your clothes!! It’s a little bit busy. So expect a lot of people in here. But they have clean washer and dryers. The place is clean and they have a restroom and a place to wash your hands, they also have cars for your clothes that you can take outside

Decent place. There are lots of washers, but the 2 load ones are usually full or out of order. Expect to spend $5 for a wash. The dryers are free but are set to only run for 10 minutes. And get there early. Everything fills up by 9 am. on weekdays.

Great Place! Washing is reasonably priced - on top of that, there's free drying. Be careful though I think the managers keep pressing the buttons again after each 10 minute dry cycle. This is understandable since the place can get quite busy - maybe she checked the clothes though. In any case I'd make sure you keep an eye to make sure your clothes don't get too hot and shrink (the dryers seem to work fantastic). I wish this place was near where I "live".

Hours are posted on the door and online as 8:30-5. I was leaving on a business trip Wed. and needed my alterations. I was told 4:30 would be fine to pick up on Tuesday but they were all locked up and didn’t answer the phone, open sign was on. I paid $60 for 3 pairs of pants to be hemmed. Don’t count on getting your items if you need them by a certain time. Will not return.

I go there regularly to drop off my uniforms. Had not had any issues until recently. They lost 2 of the uniform items I dropped off and it took them a day and a half. Good thing I had extra. I also took in a pair of trousers to get hemmed, took them home and tried them on a day later and the trousers were never hemmed. This one was an issue because they are the pants I'm was going to wear at a professional dinner.

*writing on behalf of my 89 year old mother. My senior mother took several NEW  pants to be pressed, one was lost. Mom has original receipt of pants purchased 2 days before, owner is offering only $20 for a brand new $40 pant, won't reimburse FULL cost PLUS amount PAID for cleaning.  I advise for NO ONE  to use their services. Don't even deserve 1 star.

I dropped off 4 suits there, but when I heard the price of $50.°° I took them back. I'll be going to Sterling Cleaners in fresno, they have a better price per suit, $8.°° each. I also received a discount after I told Sterling Cleaners where I drove from.
