Karen is always pleasant.  I just took in three pairs of drapes and they look wonderful. They came back the day that she said they would.

They did not have any signs stating that they were not opened on friday or saturday but their stor hours on business stated they were opened friday till 5 and when i droped a suite off the person that took the garmet did not say anything about having to pick it up on thursday or you dont get it till monday so my son had to buy a new suit for a wedding thank to linns

One of the best in there in town.. clean friendly helpful and the sweetest old man ever...

Plenty of washers and driers. There was an attendant working. Just felt a bit off by how crowded it was. Guess I went at the wrong time. Prices were decent. Washers worked good and they have a variety of sizes.

We live in Galesburg and decided to drive to Monmouth to use this place for our laundry needs at first we loved it but this summer it has been so hot in there it's been miserable and we went today and we had sweat dripping off our nose it was stifling we were sick by the time we left. The doors propped open and unless you stood right by it for the breeze you were going to suffocate. There hasn't been an employee there the last three times we went they probably can't handle the heat. We weren't the only ones there a couple other people who had sweat dripping off their foreheads too. Very disappointed would like to have continued going there.

Extremely clean,  the employee was doing others laundry and cleaning and had time to converse like she had nothing to do. I was quite pleased with the way I was treated and will definitely be back.

LOTS of machines, including high-capacity ones.  Carts in good shape.
Clean.
Clean restrooms.
Lots of parking and doors (and parking) front and back.
Down one star because an attendant may or may not be around.
