Never have I in my life seen such a pretentious laundromat. Let alone the fact that this lame place doesn’t even have a restroom. All the rules and the fact that you have camera filming you all times, feels like some seriously obsessive business model. I’ll go anywhere else next time.

I needed to wash a few rugs that I couldn’t do at home. I personally do not like laundromats but I will definitely come back here if needed. It is clean, everything was working. The ladies were super nice. They helped me get the right washer to handle the rugs. I don’t think the rugs have looked this clean since I bought them and I have washed them many times. They even have a drop off service. I definitely would recommend this laundromat to anyone who needs one.

Small clean laundromat with a mix of new and older machines. Plenty of parking. Seating in the front and a few places on the side. The coin machine is out of order. No employees to get change.
Edit: My wife saw that the plug for the coin machine was slightly askew. She pushed it in completely so the machine did reset to work after a few minutes.

Jan is amazing. I've been coming here for two weeks. She is amazingly helpful. A washer had cancelled out the .75 cents I put in when I adjusted settings and she went and gave it to me. She will direct you to best washers and dryers and is extremely nice and easy to talk to. I have anxiety but coming here is such a laid back environment it's easy to be here and relax. Very clean establishment, vending machines with refreshments and lots of tables and chairs to sit and wait or to fold your clothes. Best laundry mat I've came to. Gets the hubby's work clothes clean and my delicates clean and looking new. 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The pleasant woman that was working there (Andrea) was the kindest woman I have ever met. She was able to assist me with my laundry today and she did a phenomenal job. She is definitely a blast. The place was very clean and well kept. This is most definitely the best place to do laundry at!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

My husband dropped off my wedding gown for cleaning, but we were never contacted to pick it up. When he dropped it off, we were told they were unsure whether all the stains could be removed, yet we assumed they would let us know if there were any issues. After several months with no communication, we called and were told the cost would be $225. For the type of dress and the results provided, this price felt very unreasonable.

Unfortunately, the gown still had the same stains it had before, which left me saddened by the experience. I truly wish there had been clearer communication from the beginning, especially regarding the cost and the likelihood of success. Had this been shared upfront, expectations could have been managed more fairly.

This place is a joke. The WORST customer service. They don’t ever call when they say they’re going to. They rarely answer their phones, they never return calls. We’ve been waiting on a suit for over a week now since they were supposed to have it done. I would recommend going literally anywhere else. Drive to Columbus or Greenwood instead. You’ll get better service, a better value, and people that actually deliver. This is the second time I’ve used them and had issues. Seems to me it’s pretty common given the other 1 star review…

Worst. Cleaners. Ever. Gave them 2 or 3 chances, will not be back. They tell you that they’ll call you when your things are ready, but they never do. They don’t answer their phones either. They called my boyfriend with a question once and left a voicemail. My boyfriend and I both left them voicemails to answer their question, getting no answer - and when I called them another day and they FINALLY picked up, apparently no one ever received our voicemails? Answered their question, and now we have to wait ANOTHER however many days for his coat to be cleaned? When you walk in, clearly no one wants to be there, and it’s obvious from all our other issues that they don’t care about their customers. Go to Greenwood or somewhere else to get your things cleaned.

3rd time using them, won’t be back. Chelsey helped me, she always seems bothered to “help” some dude sitting at table on his phone as well that just looks up at you in disgust…  dropped items off she said they’d “call in a few days when done”.  I always end up going back after a couple weeks to inquire as I never get called then the same poor attitude as I’m interrupting their phone time..   look at my receipt and items have been ready for 13 days…..  zero customer service anymore.

They do a great job! They know me by name and they have great customer service!!!
