We have fairy tales about cobblers because when they are good, they are MAGICAL - and Marc is a great one. I live in Los Angeles and cannot find anyone here who does work on this level - it's well worth the cost of shipping to know my beloved vintage boots will be revived by a proper artisan. Had emailed with Marc back and forth on mailing in a bag for getting a quote done and upon receiving the bag and getting a pricing on it, I had emailed the same day of the quote to have it mailed back to take it elsewhere and then that is where communication started to go downhill with him mentioning it would be sent out the following monday and then  absolutely no updates after that through I sent multiple emails. Got to the point where I had to call multiple times to get in touch and a lovely employee was able to take my message but before that there was no contact from their end on an update with shipment of my bag after over 4 weeks overdue of the mention of shipping my bag back to me. A very unprofessional experience to have gotten such quick replies upon inquire and as soon as I mentioned I wanted to go elsewhere for the repair and Marc mentioning he'd send my bag back out to me, got completely ghosted. Will definitely not be using their service. Would have appreciated at least an update if time management was poorly administered or that constant forgetfulness was a factor to such long of a delay.

So I had a wonderful experience with everyone who worked here. Excellent craftsmanship, reasonably priced and the turn around time on my items were relatively fast. I would highly recommend and I plan on returning with all my alteration needs.

I recently needed some leather lace up boots repaired.  I had the soles replaced and they are like new again.  I will be getting all my shoes repaired from this shop from now onwards. Thank you for your amazing work!!!

Truly an asset to the community!  Replaced a broken buckle on my favorite fanny pack today (8/24/2023) - made it better than new. Took maybe 10 minutes while I waited. We are fortunate to have this repair shop available in Marion.

While the place is always clean and the staff is always friendly they need to put a limit on how many washers a person can use at a time!! It’s really frustrating when every time I come here there is at least one or two foreigners who don’t speak ANY English and are using 4, 5 or 6 washers at a time!! Then they take over all of the dryers!! They also tend to be very rude and are always on speaker phone and yelling at each other in their language which tends to make you uncomfortable because they will look right at you and make you feel like they are talking about you! I’d go to another laundromat but this is the cleanest and cheapest and there is only two others which one is way out of my way and the other is more expensive and the dryers are not as good.

New washers and dryers, pleasant attendants, pleasant customers. I brought my child and though they don't have a riding toy and their crane machine is junk, they were quite friendly towards my child and his playing.  They gave him m& ms. Floors a little dirty, bathroom small with the sink outside, paper towel machine a little funny sounding and didn't work. Didn't mind. Plenty of caps on top of the quarter machines for your quarters. There was a machine there with laundry bags, soap, softener, bleach, and dryer sheets. Stack of reading material.  Attendant was cleaning while there.

Clean, but when they are busy they let patrons save dryers while their clothes are still in the wash. I’ve never experienced this at any other laundry mat. I thought it was first come first serve, if your items are ready to go into dryer first, you should have access. Lady working complained I had too many loads and taking up too many dryers. I think just because one or two of her regulars may have been inconvenienced.

Always enjoy doing laundry here. The atmosphere is very relaxed and no one has ever been anything but friendly to me and my family. There are plenty of washers at varying prices to accommodate a range of budgets. The dryers are spacious and make quick work of my multiple loads.

Prices are high (I can get the same amount of clothing cleaned for less than ⅔ of what he charges here at home in Alvin Texas!), but he does good work. Probably will not be open much longer. The owner is retired and looks like he's about done with his business but stays for as long as he can for his lifelong customers he's been there for 30 years! Very hard worker!

Amazing experience! Very professional and friendly. Easy check-in and payment process - items were cleaned very well and they even got some old stains out!

John is just a blessing. To continue to have a dry cleaner to bring my clothes to is amazing. I work in Ft. Wayne but will always bring my dry cleaning here!

Took my daughter's chef jacket in ever couple of weeks while she was in school & her jacket looked amazing each & every time. This is the ONLY place I entrust my dry cleaning to!

He tried to charge me $22 for something that I got done for $9 in Kokomo today. Then he tried to charge me $8 for a shirt when I can get it done for $4 today. Then he insulted me and told me I don't know what prices are and told me politics and gas are the reason why he's trying to gouge me. Be careful there's no prices posted and sometimes he's just not open. When you go out of town take your business there it's worth it.

Worst place I’ve been to wash and dry my clothes. The washers do not work and dryers got unwanted creatures in them ( bugs and dead mouses ). Thankful for the person working there today she refunded money out of her own pocket because her boss/ the owner refused to. But I wouldn’t go there they don’t care that they messing up people’s belongings

It's hot as hell and you got the heat on making it around 90 in a Laundromat. No phone numbers and no one working. Barely have machines to use at both of the Laundromats.

The number is out of service and the machines all the way eat your money, highly recommend somewhere else!!!

Worst place. More than half of the washer machines are broken or only can do certain functions. They have notices up that they'll keep your money if their coin machine eats it. Which is tantamount to theft. No numbers up for people to call for complaints or concerns... We put $2 in a machine and it ate it and no obvious number is available to call for help. They probably just keep it like everything else.

Several machines are ,"out of order"... Kind of disappointing but I guess it will work when you are traveling and don't have another option.

Had roaches in the machine where it shows the time and wash cycle,I didn't notice it until I already placed my clothes in it.  And there was couple on the floor. Never returning, and I've been a customer for years.and besides they have most appliances never up and working. Open ceiling that leaks and has buckets all over the floors to catch the water. It's been like that for a long time

The only reason why I’m giving this place (1) star is because it’s open on time and clean. But the lady that works morning shift is rude, I don’t
know if she has mental issues but it needs to be address. She walks around talking to herself. I’m not trying to get her fired but she need’s help

You shouldn't even get one star. The woman that works in the morning she Rude as hell. I was trying to tell her about the problem and she kept on Interrupting me about the washer It took my money and didn't even wash my clothes right this place need to be shut down smh

The washer did not ring out my clothes and no attendant available. Then when drying my clothes I found red splotches on them. I had nothing that would cause that and was told when attendant did arrive that that wasn't their problem and they aren't responsible. I always check before putting anything in washer or dryer.  Now my load of laundry is ruined
