The owner is very friendly and professional . He makes it his goal to get all the carpets clean in a very timely fashion and for a good price. Not to mention that the carpet is dry in 1 hour and looks/smells great afterward.

Overall the process was simple. Scheduling and pricing is super simple. He answers every question you may have as well. I would recommend Heavens best over any other carpet cleaning service in Hays without a doubt.

They did a great job on our carpets!  The owner's son did the job and he was very professional and thorough!  He was on time as well which was much appreciated.  Will use every time we clean our carpets 😊.  Another plus is that the scent is really light too and nice so it doesn't leave your home smelling like chemicals.

They always do a fantastic job. I’ve been doing business with them for a decade now. As a matter fact, they included a couple of two dollar bills they found in my pockets when I picked the clothes up. Wow. Honesty and Service.

Ryan went above and beyond when at the last minute we realized the jacket my husband needed for an important event was left at the cleaners 3 hours after closing on a Saturday! There are no words to express our gratitude for what he did for us. Though this is the exception and not the norm it will not easily be forgotten.

In addition to bailing us out of a pretty big bind- they do great work as well! Getting residue left behind by previous cleaners, fast turn around time, etc.

For as along as we call Hays home, we will use Master Cleaners.

Always friendly, prompt, and the services Master Cleaners provide are incredible.  They have fixed numerous buttons, zippers and coats for our kids on top of the incredible job they do putting cowboy creases in my jeans and pressing my shirts that make them look higher they quality materials than the shirts actually are.  Highly recommend to anyone.

Master Cleaners does an excellent job.  From alterations to curtains/drapes, laundry pick-up when you’re in a pinch, dry cleaning, etc… their service is top-knotch! I highly recommend!

I stopped by shortly after opening on Saturday to get a suit dry cleaned. Their website offers same-day service so I figured I'd take a chance and see if I could get it done in a day or two. Monday is a holiday so I figured worst case I'd have to leave it and come back Tuesday, she says it will be Wednesday because they're closed Monday. I have an interview out of town Wednesday so I politely say I'm not going to be able to leave it because I need it before that date. She basically just laughed at me and said, well, we're closed Monday. I will not be returning here.

I wanted to leave my old house absolutely clean. I thought I could just hire a carpet cleaner, but once everything had been moved out i realized the job of cleaning a place I lived in for 23 years was going to be far more daunting than I could imagine.

So, I called in Kris’s Cavalry, better known as Restore And Clean. Within a couple of hours of my call, a team of four gave an intense “day of beauty” to my old place. The bathrooms sparkled, the windows dazzled, and it smelled wonderful.

I was in a panicked situation, but once they were finished I was more than satisfied with their work.

Now, the cost for this kind of cleaning party isn’t exactly the price of four pizzas and a couple of bricks of pop and beer, but in the global market, the cost for this sort of makeover was more than worth it.

I highly endorse Restore and Clean. They’ll treat you right.

They came into my house, found the issue in my basement that a different contract company made. (The other company literally cover up the mistake with concrete and duck tape.)
Restore and Clean found my issues, taped up the room for dust protection, covered all my items they couldn’t move out.  cut my concrete back out. Fixed my issue, put it all back, clean my duck work, ran a deodorizer, and they took enough pictures and proved to the first installer that they made the mistake and caused all my problems.

Larissa really went above and beyond to help me out and took a huge burden off of my shoulders and made things right.

I would only trust Restore And Clean with my Mess.

My landlord Mr Sullivan hired this company after a kitchen fire in Phillipsburg two years ago and after spending 9 months in a camper in my backyard because of wrong materials being installed and removed and a work stoppage because the owner didn’t like my first review we no longer live there and I can finally say that was THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I wouldn’t recommend them for anything more than a water leak. But two thumbs up for Matt and Ryan 👍🏽👍🏽Well in response to your response since we can’t have any rebuttal to your reply, that is a not correct and we wouldn’t let you work on anything we own for free. The purpose of a review or or least any review would be be for an owner of a company to improve on their shortcomings NOT TO STOP WORK because they were called out because of shoddy upper management 🥶 have a great day!

We were not home when our water softener froze, blew a valve and pipe split flooding our garage snd running down in part of our basement. We called Restore and Clean and they immediately came over and set up fans and other equipment to dry and treat mold.
That was a Blessing for us. When we got home they were ready to act on taking care of Mold out in garage but had to wait for Insurance Claims person to get in gear….

Washer machine broke, wash not dispersing the proper amount of water. Not a problem, filters clog,  it happens.  Owner gets called and instead of just helping me switch machines, he questions my integrity stating the machine is not broken because there is no error code. I had to wait 36mins for my washer to get "done" before we could remove my dirty clothes from it, while I had my 1year old with me. Owner still insisted the machine was not broken even after pulling out my unwashed dirty clothes. Then had the audacity to say it was because I overloaded the machine. If the machine was overloaded it should have put out an error code, "OL."

Not very clean, the washer I used had dry soap stuck on the dispenser, floors were dirty but everything else was good.

Not a bad laundry mat. I like the fact that on some of the washers and dryers you can download an app and pay with your phone so no need to get change. I knocked off one star due to cleanliness but overall a nice laundromat

Half the dryers won't work right; they will only take 1 quarter then won't take any more so you have to play musical chairs trying to find one that does because it won't even give back your first quarter. You have to sit there and wait for the timer to run out before you can move your clothes to another dryer and try again. Had to move my clothes 3 times because of this! Some of the only working dryers are stained with some weird yellow paint so now I wasted $10 washing new clothes just to have the dryers stain them all yellow. Big sign posted that damage/accidents are not their fault. Bathroom smells horrible and is filthy every time I have been there and the lighting is so bad you need to use your camera light to see. Forget this place and go to the one on 27th Street.

Lot of machines that are not working and I waste a lot of money because they never come to check on which machines are broken or not… disappointing
