I have never experienced such unprofessional and downright harassing behavior from staff in my life. I came in around 6:30 to start a wash (the laundromat closes at 8pm, and the machines only run 25–35 minutes). Almost immediately, I was harassed by an employee for simply using the machines well within hours. The behavior was so aggressive that I had to stay on the phone with my boyfriend because I felt unsafe.
When I returned at 7:58 to quickly grab my clothes from the dryer, the situation escalated even further. The employee screamed at me, came up into my face, and approached me in an entirely inappropriate and threatening manner. I was so uncomfortable that I ended up having to call the Norway PD to report the incident.
This is not how customers should ever be treated. What should have been a simple trip to do laundry turned into an intimidating and hostile experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone—there are far better laundromats that treat customers with basic respect and professionalism.

A friendly place with excellent service! When you're too tired or too busy to do laundry, drop it off with the friendly, front desk gals and they will wash and fold the piles for you! Amazing and stress-free. The service is super quick - often same day - and affordable. Highly recommend them!

Unacceptable service. I came in to wash my work clothes, and by 7:30 PM I was ready to put them in the dryer. The employee stopped me and said I couldn’t dry them because there “wasn’t enough time before closing.” Now I’m left with soaking wet clothes and nothing to wear to work tomorrow. If the dryers must be started by a certain time, that should be clearly posted or communicated before customers start their laundry. Very disappointed.

The place is clean, and has machines for every size job. Small top load, medium front load, and even up to 20lb loads. They have plenty of dryers and I have never had an issue with them not drying. They have a laundry service as well where you can drop off your laundry and they wash, dry, and fold it for you. Charged by the LB.
