The nice lady behind the counter is very pleasant. However, on three occasions my clothes were not ready on the date the lady said they would be. The third time my clothes were mixed in with other people's clothes. The lady behind the desk continues to say, "I'm so sorry, ". That's it, no discount for the inconvenience or anything. This location is ideal for where I live, but I need my clothes when I am told they will be ready. I would have been a loyal customer.

Great seamstress. She is my go to for everything. Three prom dresses, one sweet 16 gown and a coat (tried going somewhere else for convenience, they said they couldn’t take my coat in) my seamstress said no problem. Love her and not going anywhere else again.

The owner Ms Kim lost my comforter and then tried to give me someone else’s and said it was mine. I asked for a full refund for my lost comforter and she refused and only gave me half my money back. She barely apologized and was not very nice about the whole situation. I will never go back there.

She did great steaming my dress but... the place has a smell that kinda lingers in your clothes and could use some tidying up.

Value Dry Cleaning

This is the second time I've had this problem.  I do not recommend getting your dry cleaning here.  They will take your money and claim they "tried" but no refund.  There is a Zips cleaner around the corner (walking distance next to the CVS) for your basic dry cleaning needs.  This cleaners will literally take you to the cleaners.  They outsource their cleaning to another company and disavow their responsibility to clean.  You'll waste your time and money dealing with this company.  Your time is worth more.  Do not.  I repeat.  Do not go to this company.  I can't stress it enough.  It wouldn't surprise me if they aren't in business after 6 months.  Your clothes will get lost in them sitting down.  And like I mentioned.  No refunds.  You've been warned.  Use at your own risk!

I bought a used dress with a complex fabric that I wanted to get altered. I went to two other places that turned me down, telling me that what I wanted was not possible. I came to Value Cleaners right before they closed and Lucy took a look at my dress for 15 seconds and told me that she would call me in 2 days. I got a call from her first thing the very NEXT MORNING that the dress was ready. I also dropped off a wool coat that had a hole in one of the pockets and when I got it back the hole had been patched! Absolutely will be going back. Thank you Lucy!

After dry cleaning, most clothings are smelled bad, make me headache and not comfortable wearing them. Let the owner know, they tried to fix the reasons why clothings are smelled but the smell is still exist eventhough the smell is less. Have a feel of clothings that are not dry and/or rinse thoroughly.  Never happened to me before. I am looking for another dry cleaners.

They say they’re open till 7pm and then you get there before 6pm and they’re closed. They need to change their hours properly because I drove over 30 minutes to drop off clothing after being told 7pm and then I show up and they’re closed. Not good business

For years, I had a tailor who sadly passed away. After an extensive search for a replacement, a friend recommended Lucy, and Cho and I must say, they are the best seamstress I’ve ever used. Outstanding customer service and impeccable quality of work. Highly recommended.
