Helmit, the owner was incredibly friendly and personable, however that short-haired person behind the counter was rude as hell. I needed help with the large washer. With very little personality, she told me how to operate it. I didn’t understand some of what she said, and she repeated everything very rude. Very unfriendly being!

She was “halfway” nice when I met her a couple days ago “when the owner was there.”

Excellent!! On a road trip and this was so convenient! I did laundry while my husband went to the Baseball Hall of Fame! The eyebrow large washers and the dryers have several settings! The dryers are awesome cause you can add one quarter at a time if you need a little longer.  The man running the shop was very friendly and helpful. He went around check in with the customers and he also kept the teenagers in the shop on task and working. I definitely would recommend this place if you’re on a road trip and drive by! Convenient hours too!

The machines are a bit pricey, but it is nice to have clean laundry while on vacation.

Clean, average prices. Vending machine was down so no place to buy soap in a pinch. Machines have been updated within last few years so they are reliable. Biggest complaint is the hours. It's too bad they couldn't keep it unlocked till 10 or 11. The 8 pm last load in is difficult for many folks shifts.

The laundromat attendant Kay is very helpful. Kay helped me bring in my laundry from my car. Kay gave me helpful tips and tricks for doing my laundry. Kay really went above and beyond to make our experience as good as it could be! Thank you so much Kay! The laundromat itself has really nice washers and dryers. It took us less time to dry our clothes here because they have nice new dryers!

I'll never go here again. They lost track of my jacket because the ticket was lost. I had to go in and identify it a month later because they never called me back because of the lost ticket. They tried to charge me for cleaning it too, which I didn't request. The zipper is so tiny, now I struggle to zip it without readers. Just such a frustrating experience. And, they charged me $35 for a new zipper on a simple shell rain jacket.
I'll never go back. Sorry ladies, this is no way to run a business.

Service was not rendered when I arrived at 5:12 PM because they claimed they close at 5 PM on that particular day although the sign on the door and online state 5:30 PM.
