This is absolutely, the best laundry mat I've ever been to by far! They have people on site to clean machines immediately after use. Prices are fair and it's very clean. I would recommend as a laundry mat if you're in the Chickasha Oklahoma area I need to clean your clothes in the like.

We are having hot water issues at home. The laundry got backed up because of it. We got through a van load of laundry (family of 10) in about 3 hrs. Thank you for having a great facility!

Do not do your service at this laundry mat they do not allow service animals in their building you can not denie service animals that's how they loose service from customers I give the 0 stars I will not be coming back to this laundry mat I will do my business else were bc legally they r not allowed to denie if I have to I will call the sheriffs office and make sure they owner noes about what this laundry mat does to ppl they have bad manners and they are rude to customers oh and by the way if I was you I would not ever come back to this laundry mat

They did such a great job! Someone spilled something on my son's FFA jacket, but he forgot about it and left it...for over a week! 🙄 I didn't think they could get it out, but it looks brand new!! AND they didn't charge an arm and a leg for it!! Thanks Joe's!! I won't use anyone else!!

I have been using Joe's Cleaners & Laundry for approximately 7 months. Unfortunately, when I returned a dress shirt for black smudges left on the collar the female owner/manager argued that it wasn't their fault. Keep in mind the shirt was returned still in the plastic bag from them. She seemed quite put out by my complaint and when I returned to drop off my weekly dry cleaning I was astounded that she actually charged me for the black marks to be removed.

To add insult to injury, during the week when I chose a specific shirt dry clean at Joe's the top button was damaged so they buttoned the second button and bent the collar so that it needed to be ironed. Why not just replace the button instead of providing the client with poor quality dry cleaning? After all, I am paying to have these clothes cleaned professionally.

I am now using Jimmy's Cleaners in town and they replace damaged buttons, accept debit cards and send you a text when the dry cleaning is finished. Joe's doesn't accept any form of payment other than cash and it made the dry cleaning experience very difficult for me due to the fact that I rarely use cash anymore.

Needless to say I do not recommend Joe's Cleaners & Laundry.

They are always friendly, reasonably priced, and quick to serve. Really nice people.

They do a great job but my problem is with there hours I went a few minutes before noon today and they were closed and tried to call at 2:20 and no answer and I don't want to keep going if there closed but it says on here and there door they should be open from 7-6 today so not sure if they changed there hours and didn't update everything or if they were at lunch...

I brought my clothes in for a wash and dry. The price was reasonable, however I didn't receive some of my clothing back and a good amount of my delicates were burnt. Come to find out, they melted some of my clothes. I called to have them set things right and the manager has brushed me off for over a month. Do not recommend.

Showed up to pick my clothes up at 4:15 on Thursday they are supposed to be open till 5:00 PM. No signage on the door indicating that they would back or anything. Couldn’t get my clothes. I would not recommend them.

The senior discount really helps. The service is so friendly and helpful. I would suggest not to take snap up shirts in though. Everything else is class act.

I only used the dryers but they were great.  The lady in charge of the Budget Inn Motel where the laundry was located was so nice.  I will definitely go there again!

I don't know how this got rated so high. Dark, dingy place. No air conditioning and I swear the dryers must vent into the room.
It also apparently is the laundry facility for the neighboring motel. Motel laundry was in all the larger machines. So you either wait until Motel laundry is finished or use multiple smaller machines.

Small quite, local owned laundry mat, nothing special. Respectful people, great service, good machines. no problems.

Clean area, washers and dryers are always tidy. Bathroom is private, free and clean. Lots of room for folding clothes.
