I enjoy the laundromat portion of this business and everything seems so clean and convenient with what they offer.

For the dry cleaning portion, I decided to give them a shot and support local.

I had an order that was picked up Thursday and due to be dropped back off at my house on Tuesday after it was dry cleaned, and also placed a note to have the pant cuffs hemmed.

Tuesday came around and no dry cleaning. I updated the drop off to Wednesday on the website. Didn't drop off Wednesday.  Thursday I called and was told that the order would be dropped off Thursday and they apologized for the inconvenience. Thursday passed with still no dry cleaning. Friday I decided to stop in at noon and saw the pick up / drop off window was closed so I called, only to be told she actually was there but the dry cleaner delivery driver wasn't and that I couldn't pick up my dry cleaning, but they'd have it dropped off when the driver returned. Low and behold, it was actually dropped off - 3 days late.

The pants were not hemmed as requested - but I was not charged for it at least. Also learned that tips cannot be adjusted after the service - only before hand.

Moving forward, I think I'll have my dry cleaning done somewhere else.

Clean and beautifully renovated. Parking behind the building is a nice feature. They have a rule about "if you don't wash it here, you can't dry it here" but I didn't know that. My dryer at home doesn't function but my washer does. They should put that sign on the door not on the back wall and I would have gone elsewhere. Pods and scent beads available for purchase.

Very clean. Prices are good. All updated machines.  Only complaint is the obnoxious machines when you first walk in. The big ones. Gives the option to rinse the machine before you put you stuff in. Thought it'd be good as I've had stuff ruined from previous person using bleach. Says 6 minutes and its free. So no big deal. I hit start. It then says waiting for about 4 minutes. Finally says 6 minutes. Goes down to 5. And stays at 5 minutes for a good 10 minutes or more. Goes to 4. Stays there for a while. So what should be a 6 minute since turns into about 20 minutes. And same with the actual wash. It says 33 minutes but after you say start. It'll say waiting and spend 5 minutes rotating the cloths before the timer starts. That's something that needs figured out. Someone in a hurry wants to do a quick 6 minute rinse ends up wasting 20 minutes on it. 33 minute wash turns into 40 minutes. It should give accurate times so people can decide if they want to use them or if they have time. I work long hours and very limited on time. And it took over an hr to wash one load in the big washer. Thought it'd be quicker to do it all in one. But it'd have been faster to use two small ones that start immediately. Id come back. But only if I have more time. And only use the smaller ones.

This is also known as wash and tan. It's not a bad place. Unless you use the restroom. In in that case you better lift the toilet seat. And make sure nothing splashed up. If so get to scrubbing. Or the man who works here will yell at you. Never knew washing your clothes at a public laundromat involved cleaning the restroom.

Clean facility, quiet rarely packed. Attendant is very friendly and helpful. Recommend highly. Also offers dry cleaning services as well.

Very clean, not to expensive but the hrs open make it tuff to get stuff done daily. Later hours open would help during the work
week.

Idk what people consider clean anymore... but this isn't it.. floor is gross, dont drop anything, you will want to rewash it.. the fact that there is NO HOT WATER..is gross! 2 washers on hot and never got a drop.. let it run in the back in the sink and nothing on either side.. the rainbow of MOLD in the triple loaders is unreal... with so many other options within 10 miles, idk how this stays open.. doing laundry on 95 degree day and it felt 85 inside... would give it 0 stars if I could....

Good place to go wash clothes at. But if you use the restroom here be sure you clean up after you go. Or the man who works here will yell at you as he did my husband. There was nothing visible. It was under the Seat. But who would have thought that if you use the restroom in a public bathroom you're supposed to also clean the bathroom....

Best laundromat I've been to in a long time the one local in my town don't know how to keep change in their machines so you can wash clothes! So I'll just drive here every time I need to get my clothes washed I highly recommend it
