Very nice & clean laundry facility with plenty of machines to accommodate quite a few people! The prices are very competitive too. They have a snack machine, play area for the small kids, and a TV to watch while you wait. I was expecting to wait for hours, but it only took about 45-60 mins to deep clean and dry my comforter. The end result left it looking/smelling brand new again! I will definitely be back!

This laundromat was such a gem! After using the one in Chesnee (that’s run down and not kept up), this laundromat was such a relief to come across and find.

The facility, washers and dryers were very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely worth the 35 minute drive from Forest City and will be coming back again.

They had several different washer sizes with the biggest being $10 for 27 minutes which could easily hold 3 loads; the smallest washer was $3.50 and would only fit about a small load. There were two different dryer sizes with the largest costing $1 for 20 minutes and any additional time was $0.25 for 5 extra minutes.

They do offer wash & fold service, which I didn’t ask about but several people picked up bags of clothes.

The difference between day & night shift is absurd. The only reason I’m not rating a 1 is because of day shift and the two other employees I dealt with were nice that day. I came in on Sunday. Yes it was 530 but i just needed to dry my clothes. Not wash, just dry. I understand the rules of self service but I was looking for a favor so my clothes wouldn’t mildew. Others still had clothes in the dryer and was folding, Instead i was greeted with hatefulness from “the assistant manager” She is very confrontational and was arguing with me in front of customers and cursing. This is not the first time either. She is not management material!!!!  She should want to grow the company.  Im sure you can promote someone else to do better. Hopefully shes not your only option. There was an easier way to deal with that and still provide good customer service. Shes costing you business and will continue. Theres been other times I’ve been and shes been in the back smoking illegal stuff. Shes miserable and needs to be relieved of her duties immediately!!! Ill either come on first shift or go to rocket laundry. I feel bad for the two employees that were there. A dark headed lady and a blonde boy they looked terrified and the dark headed lady tried to intervene but couldn’t for the rath of the night shift manager. DONT GO ON NIGHTS!!!!

I dropped my son’s band uniform off here for dry-cleaning and it was perfect. He is going to love it! (He's a professional drum major in college) Ashley & Stephanie provided excellent customer service, were so kind  and even offered to carry it to my car. I will be a returning customer! Nice people and they help you out if you need any help. I have only used the machines but they do have drop off service options. Weekdays are easier and less crowded with weekends being very busy.

Nice quiet place to do laundry.  There is NO bathroom which is clearly posted by the entrance door.  Not sure of Sunday hours though- online says they’re open at 5 am but I was here at 5:20 on a Sunday morning and the lights were on but both doors were locked.  No hours of operation posted except that they CLOSE at 10pm.

First of all they are more expensive than others I’ve been to. Secondly they don’t have a bathroom. And thirdly one of the dryers only gave half the time than the rest of them did. I would suggest you go somewhere else! Oh and they don’t have any receptacles so you can charge your phone.
I definitely will not be coming back!

I honestly have no complaints about this little place.
It's a small Laundromat but the plus side of that is it seems to not get over crowded and while it's small it is also big enough or easy enough to get in and find machines available and compared to a lot of places it's also very comfortable since a lot of laundromats tend to not have or use their air conditioning but this one is very cool inside.
The location is good and there's a lot of good places all around the area from stores to restaurants and it's a nice quiet safe area.

Very clean facility, even the bathrooms. Air conditioned with additional high-power fans in every corner. Brightly lit and security cameras EVERYWHERE. Has vending machines with snacks and supplies. Machines takes quarters only. A little pricey though, had to wash a comforter and the largest washer is $5/cycle (20 quarters). Took five 8-min cycles on hot ($1.25) to completely dry my comforter.

Great place, plenty of washers and dryers, space for folding and hanging your clothes, and a vending machine that has everything from soap to a laundry bag.  Definitely recommend, but no restroom.

Terrible service. I brought my two suits in on a Monday. Mine and my sons suits for a wedding that following Sunday. Lady said you can pick up on Wednesday after 4 meanwhile they close at 6. Ok no big deal I’d just come Friday which was after thanksgiving. Well they were closed and closed weekend. Weekend I knew they were and thanks giving of course. But not Friday. So I had no way to get my suits and I had to purchase new suits. I came the following Monday to pick up and I told the lady there is nothing posted that says you were going to be closed Friday. No where was it stated and she lied to my face and said I told you we were going to be. Didn’t apologize, didn’t offer a discount. I’d stay away from this location. There reviews speak for themselves

Took in 4 suits and 4 shirts for dry cleaning. The shirts are great except the collars got pressed a little off otherwise no issues there. 2 of the suits had no issues, one had both buttons broken in half and one has right collar completely unpressed. Will not be going back to Fowlers in the future.

HORRIBLE!!! Got my stuff in same condition.  Absolutely nothing dry cleaned. All 7 coats still have dry dirt spots that I can wipe with nail and TONS of hair on coats just terrible experience. Waste of my $69...what kind of business is this??? Poor quality. This business should be shut down! If you don't clean or dry clean clothes then stop accepting service!

I left a suit and two shirts, with specific instructions to starch and press f he shirts.  Got them back and took them home.  The shirts were neither searched, nor pressed.  I will not be back.

I have been taking my clothes there for years, but the past several times the service was terrible when getting my clothes back. I keep giving them the benefit of a doubt but I just picked up 6 shirts that I had pressed and all but one is terrible. I could do a better job pressing a shirt off. I am having  to re- iron  them. I had them pressed so I wouldn't have to. I am just disgusted with such poor service. What has happened to your  service? I hate to complain but this is ridiculous.
