One suit that came back with what looked like clear oil stains on the jacket and trousers. They re-cleaned the suit for free and then the trousers came back with the pictured hole. I had them clean another suit and it came back with the mother-of-pearl buttons broken.
I've had better results with cotton shirts. Some times the collars need a few pressed in wrinkles released.

This is my girl! She is the best. I drive from Middleburg to come here... well worth the drive. She goes out of her way to remove stains, repair rips or tears and always greets me with a smile.

Have used them for years because it's close to home. Not happy they charge a dollar more for a mens 2X shirt. Picked up his shirts Tuesday and one had wrinkles ironed into it. I took it back and she said there was nothing she could do. Posted picture in the photos section. It's the black and white checked shirt.

Have used this business for alterations and dry cleaning but I recently took some uniforms to have the rank changed. When I got the top back, the zipper was broken.  There was a hole in the plastic tooth from the sewing machine needle.  I had to take it on and off over my head.  When I took it back to have the zipper changed,  they were going to charge me $45.  They also destroyed the broken zipper so that I couldn't even put it on over my head to wear it. Not sure that I will take them any more business.
