I'm very pleased with the cleanliness of my order. It was ready to for pick up in less than a day. I also love the drive through drop off and pickup option at this location too.

I have given this cleaners some of the most challenging items to clean and they have succeeded very time. For example, recently,  moving,  I found the Easter  dresses for my two daughters from when they were quite young that I had saved but they had stains on them. Pride cleaners did a beautiful job in cleaning the dresses and they looked like new. The team at Pride Cleaners is outstanding and attentive. What other cleaners  has drive up service that is so highly convenient?  This is still the best cleaners  I have ever encountered. I highly recommend them.

They do a great job!  The customer service is what makes it stand out!  Our regular person Diana, who is there is nothing short of amazing. She found a pin and held on to it for several weeks to make sure I got it back. She is always friendly and professional.  She is why we have continued to return there over the years.

Was provided a coupon for $20 off by 11/01 if I used $50 or more in services by Pride Cleaners.  Dropped off more than $50 in items last week.  I mentioned to the attendant about my coupon.  He said he wasn't authorized to accept coupons.  He said it could be taken care of at pickup.  When I went in today for pickup the same attendant said I had to redeem it online. I redeem it online. The attendant then says I can't use the coupon today.  It also appears that I was charged about $30 more than other dry cleaners charge in Lee's Summit for an order my size.  When I told the attendant I would take my future business elsewhere he did not seem bothered.  I will use another nearby dry cleaner going forward.  The only positive thing I can say for this business is that they return items fairly quickly.

So this picture explains it all! It’s raining.  I found my new dry cleaner and they have a DRIVE THRU.   Stop are you kidding me ? Could this be any more convenient? No.   And the sweet man working was polite, helpful and kind both times I’ve interacted with him.  I will be back.  I will refer 🙌🏼

The guy who picks up my laundry and then returns it is pretty much PERFECT, and I have NEVER had ONE PROBLEM with pick ups and deliveries. He always shows up (he has never missed one day or one time), and he ALWAYS perfectly follows the instructions for picking up and dropping off my orders. I cannot say enough good things about him!

And regarding the quality of the work they do, it is EXCELLENT!!! They perform thorough cleaning! They perfectly follow my instructions in regard to what I want done and how I want my laundry returned! They have NEVER RUINED ONE article of my clothing/laundry!

I took a new, expensive comforter that had a stain that the Ross Cleaners employee wasn’t sure would come out since it was new and we didn’t know what the stain was from.  I couldn’t return or exchange the comforter because it was a final sale.  Well, they got the stain out completely and I was super happy with that. I took it there even though it’s out of my way because I knew if anyone can get a stain out it would be Ross Cleaners.  They charge more than my local cleaners but I know to take our nicer clothes and bedding there when needed because you pay for what you get. They’ve been in the area at least 30 years and I hope they never close.  I highly recommend them.

I have been a customer for a long time.   Sharon and Katie are great to work with and very friendly along with the other employees!  Clothes are always ready right on time without any issues.  The drive-thru is nice to when the weather is bad.
