Brought over 2 practically new sweatshirts that had pen stains all over them due to a pen accidentally being washed and dried.  Not wanting to attempt removal at home as I was not having success on other items, I brought these over to be cleaned.  I was advised that the larger, darker stain on the front might not be able to come out completely, but be lightened.
Much to my surprise, when I picked them up a few days later, I can't even see where it was. I can't find where any of the stains were on them (and there were a lot).  Very pleased with the results! Thank you!

I brought in a beautiful (new) black formal dress that had only been worn once to a recent wedding. I asked the lady her opinion on my having it Dry Cleaned- discoloration, damage etc. She said it would be fine- seemed like a nice place. I took it out of the packaging today. It's unraveled at the hem, discoloration did occur, white fuzz throughout, and the lining is destroyed. At the very least they should refund me my $16. Or reimburse me for the replacement cost of this Dress-I can't ever wear again!

They’re decent. But they’re always closing early. Like all the time. Not everyone has time to pick up dry cleaning from 10am-2pm. Some of us work during that time. They have a sign that says they close at 4:00pm and it’s 3:30 and they’re closed. I have been trying to pick my item up for a week straight and they’re always closed!!! Despite their signs and their online ads saying different.

Pretty good experience. There was one lady at the register, she seemed tired or not in a good mood but otherwise the clothes were done when she said they would be and the prices were fair I’d give it a 4.5/5 just can’t put that rating on here…

Had 3 coats taken here. I'm not sure if they even did anything because 1 of my coats still had stains on them. And, my coats had some kind of hair all over them. They didn't have that when I dropped it off, so maybe wear a hair net next time? Not a great job. It looked like they just took a lint brush to it, and for 25 bucks per coat I could have just did it myself. Not sure if my coats are supposed to smell different, but they don't so I'm not sure if anything was done...

I’ve been a loyal customer of Colonial Cleaners for a while, but my recent experience was disappointing. When I arrived, there was a middle-aged woman wearing shades and a hooded jacket sitting inside the store. She was on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me even though I stood there waiting for a moment. When she finally came up to the counter, she addressed me informally, saying, ‘Whachu need?’ This lack of professionalism and attention to customers was really off-putting. It’s not the level of service I expect from a place I’ve frequented for so long.

This place may have been good at one point but would never give them my money again. They charged an arm and a leg for super simple blazers to be dry cleaned, only to give them back with more stains then they had on them when I dropped them off. There were pen marks all over a brand new one that I hadn't even worn yet. They will waste your money in more ways than one. Would not recommend
