Most of their washing machines have been out of order for months. When I was in there today it was absolutely filthy. Garbage, dirt and animal hair all over the floor. Detergent spilled all over the floor in front of one of the washers. The employee collecting money just kept walking over and around it and ignoring it. And the dryer left big greasy stains on half of my clothes that I put in it. When I pointed it out to the employee she shrugged her shoulders at me and said "ok". Also a majority of the washing machines had mold growing inside the washers where the detergent goes. Worst experience there ever.

There are several coin exchanges and a place to get small samples of detergent. The washers have a timer that shows the progress of it to easily identify when the washer finishes it's cycle.

There is a bathroom(both male and female bath)which was clean. Overall, 10/10 experience.

Favorite place to do the big blankets that just won't fit in the washer/dryer at home. Also, when you have a maintenance problem! Always clean. Always able to get quarters. (Some laundromats have coin exchanges, but are never full with quarters!) Anytime I've had to interact with an employee, they've been courteous. Quiet little place to do your laundry and not be bothered by many.

I used to do so much laundry here because I thought it was the nicest one in Oswego. I used to spend at least $24 a week on laundry here. One day I went to do my laundry and the washer took my $6.50 and didn’t start. I contacted the number posted all over the laundromat and they didn’t do anything about it. After awhile I finally convinced them to refund me. It has been 2 months and they still have no refunded me. I text that number and remind them all of the time and they keep saying they’ll send it out but they never do. I know it’s only $6.50 it’s not like it’s $50 but it just shows how poorly it’s run. For the past two months I’ve been going to the colonial laundromat, and besides dealing with the crazy people it’s much better than this place! Please do not waste your time and money on a business that does not care about its customers! On top of all of this they’ve had the same 5 machines down for 6+ months, they can’t even upkeep on their machines!

There was a super nice employee working that night; very helpful.  Her boss on the phone was rude and, after two text messages and one voicemail still hasn't responded to my request for a $3.50 refund.

Walked in for a last minute shirt press and task was completed quickly and very affordable. Didn’t see signs indicating Breezy Clean, but it is in the old Stones Candy store.

I was utterly disgusted by this facility. Once I entered the establishment I felt targeted and uncomfortable. I had hoped for a positive experience while I washed my clothes; however, it was horrible. It was dirty and washing machines were left used and stained. Some were even broken! Don’t waste your time or money in this place!

Fantastic service. My job makes it difficult to keep up with laundry so this was a welcome convenience.

Wonderful, reliable service with pick up and deliver.

Worst service I ever had never going back shut this place down already!!!
