Gotta give them 5 stars, I had a few shirts that were very stained and rough, I got them back as basically brand new shirts.

Been going to this place ever since I got to Fort Bragg and will continue to use their services until I leave. They are very friendly and always get the job done correctly!

I was searching for a good dry cleaning service, the one near me closed down.  So far, everything I've taken to them for cleaning has far surpassed my expectations.  When my clothing is returned to me (in a timely manner) the clothing looks almost better than it did newly purchased.  I recently placed a floral linen jacket in their care that had been hanging in my closet unworn for years.  The jacket had become discolored but otherwise was still in excellent shape.  I took the jacket to CleanPression and asked if there was anything they could do.  The lady there said they had a "restoration service."  I tried it and my jacket is ready to be worn when spring returns.  I thought their prices a little expensive at first (no military or senior discount) but then it may just be that I hadn't used dry cleaning services for a while.  The expert handling of my clothing makes me feel the prices are well worth it, if it affords me longer use of some of my favorite clothing pieces.

Been using this place for nearly two years for the oddest alterations of clothing they may have never seen before.  They have altered several ComicCon and Renaissance festival costumes for me with the results being absolutely perfect! Nearly every costume I've purchased has needed some altering or repairs and now my outfits look like they were made just for me! UPDATE- got a sale dress that just doesn't quite fit the way it should?  Take it here and with a few nips and tucks, it'll look like it was made just for you. My $9 dress now looks custom made just for me after their little tucks here and there!

I used this cleaners and the owner took my unit insignia and replaced it with another one. I showed him my pictures from a day before and he argued with me that I brought it in that way. After 17 years just let me say that he surely has lost my business and referral!

Great service.  Easy in, easy out. Love the text message letting me know that my clothes were ready for pickup. Even better, they were ready one day ahead of the anticipated ready date. Civilian suits and shirts look great.

Also, needed to pick up a few unit crests and they had them available along with pretty much most commonly needed items for uniforms.

This place was great for getting uniforms dry cleaned.

But then I dropped off a uniform to get nametapes sewn on and my new top has ink stains all over it that weren't there when I dropped them off. Then i was called a liar when I pointed it out. Definitely find a different place.

All service members need to use Boomerang! They always set up my dress uniform to perfection. I never have to make adjustments, and it always looks sharp. Also I needed some sewing done in short notice for my OCP’s and they accomplished it within a few hours. I appreciate this company so much.

This word they say, "Ideal," I don't think it means what they think it means!

Had a stain on a shirt so my wife dropped it off at "Ideal" Cleaners.  When I went to pick it up I noticed they had a "$10 Minimum on Credit Card Purchases" sign by the register. I explained to the owner that I didn't have any cash and I almost never carry cash.  His unbelievable answer was that he would charge me $10 for a $2.66 service.

So they've lost my business forever just to avoid 30 cents in transaction fees.

I understand that businesses get charged fees for customer credit card purchases but that should already be reflected in the price of the service.  And there are other credit card payment options than refusing a customer a sale or requiring them to pay 4 times more than the actual cost.

AVOID THE HASSLE of "Ideal" Cleaners.  It doesn't mean what you think it means.

On more than one occassion, I have needed a rush for name/us army tapes as well as rush sewing jobs and ever time Ideal cleaners has delivered. The Korean couple that runs the place are great! I realize that in a town of service members, it is hard to meet the demands of everyone but Ideal Cleaners seems to keep pace. Thank you Ideal Cleaners, thank you.

I do NOT recommend I wasted $86 on my dress alterations for my best friend wedding they hemmed my dress so short in the back it’s unwearable they did the complete opposite of everything I asked the top was way too tight they made the front the length I needed but the back was super short you could see my butt I’ll NEVER go here again

Pro Dry Cleaners

I've taken different items (dress shirts, dress pants, polos and an NFL Jersey) to this cleaners and all have come back, come back clean and pressed the way I asked and on the day they said. I have been nothing but satisfied with this business. Their prices might be a little high to some, but the service and quality of work is exceptional, especially for the area. The store front could be nicer, but if you can get past looks and rely on service, you're in the right place. I'll be coming in from Raeford to get my clothes cleaned here.

I have never had a bad experience at this cleaners. I've been going to them for nearly two years and have always trusted my shirts, suits, pants and my wife's garments to them. Recently though, I had an exceptional experience. I took two lace dresses and a baseball cap there and they came back perfect!

Now, some people might say "so what", but to me it was my FAVORITE baseball cap and one of my oldest. I wear it sparingly, but it's still gotten a lot of wear over the last 8+yrs. It came back basically brand new. Even the owner behind the counter was skeptical what they could do for it. The black had faded to a dull gray in some places. It seriously looks like a brand new hat and fits just the same as it did last week when I dropped it off.

As for the dresses, my wife says they are the kind of "cheap knock-offs that people usually only wear once because they end up unraveling after one use". She said they came back perfect and with no issues!

As for price, who cares to be honest. In Fayetteville it can be difficult to find quality work from people you trust. I say they are worth whatever they are asking.

Lost 6 pair of my husbands pants . Will not look at cameras or will not call me back at all .. will not look at cameras to see who took them .. several people I know had the same problem .. I do not recommend this cleaners

If there was a zero for customer service they would get that! My 89 yo aunt dropped her pants for alterations on 2/27/25 and paid in advance. She was given a date to pick up on 3/7 my sister went out there to pick up on the date and her husband has tried to pick it up and both were told a couple of days. I called before going today 3/12 and was told they were not ready and to come back in a couple of days. I told them why do they put dates on there and promised the clothes back and do not have them ready at the date promised. I told them people could have an event to attend and they do not have their clothes ready. He said that there is only one seamstress and I said well they should not put on the date if it is not going to be ready, he asked me if I wanted to call the seamstress myself and I said no that is your job. He hung up on me. I called back twice. He did not answer and I told him that in the near future, they should not put on a date if they’re not gonna have the clothes ready. I also received a call back from him and he said that they could not The alterations and that I could pick up the pants I told him that that is And they should’ve told us in advance if they couldn’t do it. Do not take your clothes there for Too many places in Fayetteville to get  your clothes altered!Bad business and customer service!

I dropped off my wedding dress for cleaning and preservation for $250. The first time it was returned back to me, the dress had been thrown in the box (with no folding, shaping, or care for the dress), safety pins showing, and the dress was UPSIDE DOWN IN THE BOX, and the lid was not airtight sealed or preserved. In fact, the employee took the lid  off of the dress box and agreed that it was not done correctly, and then offered to duck tape the box shut so that it would stay "preserved".

I left my dress again with this company to be redone and upon the two-week pick-up date, the dress had not been touched or worked on. In fact, a week later when it was magically "ready" after calling this shop multiple times, the box had now been written on, stained, and the dress was STILL upside down and unmoved.

At this point (3 months after my wedding) I asked for a refund. After playing phone tag with their employees and ultimately having to go to this shop I was able to speak with a manager. The manager then said that the owner would not refund me but that I could call back at a later time to discuss it with him.

In the 30-minute argument with the owner, I was informed that my expectations and standards were not eligible for a refund. He then proceeded to explain that I paid $200 for the dress to be cleaned (which it had not been) and only $50 for the box. After explaining the run-around I had received and the lack of professionalism exhibited from his shop he offered me a refund of $50 to cover the stained box.

The lack of professionalism, ownership, and workmanship in this operation is unfathomable. I will NEVER return to this organization and have lost $200 based on their many mistakes.

I turned in a 2 piece set with a belt attached to the bottoms to be dry cleaned. After picking up the items I realized that the belt was missed. I called and spoke with a young lady and she said that she would  look for it and call me back. That call never came. I called for two weeks speaking with the Manger who never returns phone calls after she says she will only to be told that they can't do anything be cause the ticket didn't state there was a belt. Why would I  keep calling back for a belt? I have the entire set! Moral of this review is don't business with them because  they don't take responsibility  for their mistake.

The amount of disrespect is beyond words! The lady at the counter pretty much told my husband she didn’t want his business because he wanted something cleaned and something altered and she “ain’t got time for all that sh*t”. She was rolling her eyes and acting as if him simply coming in to ask for the services they are supposed to offer was somehow a problem. My husband dedicated his life to serving our country and is the kindest, most respectful man I’ve ever known and I am beyond disgusted by how he was treated by that woman! EVERYONE I know will know to NEVER give this place their business!

THIS LOCATION CHARGED ME OVER $100 AND DIDN'T CLEAN OR REPAIR ANYTHING. THE WHITE T-SHIRTS I'D WORN ONCE EACH WERE NOT CLEANED. THEY HAD THE SAME SAME STAINS AND ALL WERE DINGY. I REQUESTED A ZIPPER REPLACEMENT AND IT WAS SENT TO AN ALTERATION PLACE THAT DIDN'T REPLACE THE ZIPPER BUT DID A BASIC UNSKILLED SOWING JOB AT THE BASE OF THE FAULTY ZIPPER! THE ZIPPER SPLIT IMMEDIATELY!  I CALLED, LEFT MESSAGES, AND VOICE TEXT, AND I HAVE YET TO GET A RESPONSE
THIS BLACK-OWNED BUSINESS MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR OTHERS!

Liked that they called me to remind me of an item that I had forgotten it was in there,and had not sold it after 3 months.

All clothes were cleaned and there on time.  Good customer service.
