Had both vomit and stains from dog feces on the carpet. The vomit stain was within a few days of the cleaning but the dog feces stains were about a month old. Rented the carpet cleaner from walmart and even when i used oxy clean carpet cleaner solution, the stains only lightened but remained very visible on the light-colored carpet. I reached out to Elite carpet cleaning with not much hope that the stains would actually come off. I was pleasantly surprised. Fast, prompt service combined with Joey's solid cleaning device and years of experience in carpet cleaning business, were all evident in the great results I observed as the stains were removed and the carpet looks and smells fantastic. I did add the deodorizer and the enzyme cleaning products to my service, with both contributing to the amazing results. Repeat client for sure.

Glenn was very thorough and efficient. He was extremely responsive and professional. We really appreciate the work he put into our house as it was in need of severe carpet cleaning. Our carpets look so much better now and they smell way better too! 10/10 would recommend Merle’s! (In the one photo that green stuff was matted into the carpet when we moved in & it appears to be slime or paint).

I was getting ready to move into an apartment and was extremely concerned with the condition of the carpet and a musty oder that was in the air. So we did some internet searching and thankfully found, Merle's Steam cleaning. Glenn's availability was immediate so he was able to get to it on the same day I was moving in. He didn't only take care of the carpet but did everything to remove the musty oder and some stains. A day later he called to check and see how everything turned out. I said the carpet looked much better but some stains remained and although the musty odor remained, it wasn't as bad. He, from the kindness of his heart came back over less than a week later,  went over the carpet again and left me a fan to use to dry out things faster, all free of charge! Glenn cares about people and takes his job very seriously, which is unique in this town. I highly recommend this company! Glenn Reck arrived two days early and did an impeccable job. We were informed yesterday that the two rooms which were flooded needed to have all furniture removed. The carpets look so nice when he got done, We also rent out Apartments and one of the apt had a very bad smell. My husband dropped off his suit to get dry cleaned before we were going to a wedding across the country. He had a work meeting that pushed him late and missed pickup time by 10 minutes. Our flight was at 7 am the next morning. After calling their emergency line the owners were kind enough to open up the store for him so he could grab the suit. We attempted to leave a tip but the owners refused. Thank you!

I'm so disappointed. I gave them my wedding dress. When I had dropped my dress off there was only one button missing which was at the very bottom of my dress, but now there's two missing out of the middle. And a stain on the back. They didn't tell me about the buttons or the stain, and some of the stitching for the padding in the front came undone and they left it. If it was a stain was there before and they couldn't get out they should have at least told me and they should have replaced the buttons or at least said something.
They were so kind and their customer service was great when I walked in the door and they did do one repair and got out other stains but my dress is in pieces. I'm so disappointed.
I hope if they see this review they can make things right.

Several years ago we purchased an expensive bedspread from a department store in Texas. Since then it’s been stored in the original packaging, and when we opened it recently to begin using it, it had a horrible chemical/plastic smell. We opened it up, and hung it outside for several days hoping to air it out. It made no difference at all. I took it to C&R dry cleaners downtown and they we’re able to reduce the odor by about 95%. It’s been on our bed for the last couple of days, and there’s no odor at all, unless you literally stick your nose in it. The people at C&R were pleasant, professional, and extremely accommodating. From the time we brought it in, to the time we picked it up, we felt like everyone we talked to there really cared about helping us fix the problem. Not only did they fix it, but the price was quite reasonable.

Last year, we had some beautiful hand spun Irish linen napkins, and a tablecloth, that had suffered serious staining from black mold and mildew while in storage on the East Coast. I was very concerned, about treating them with anything that would damage the quality and finish of the linens. (They are about 60 years old but we had never used them.) C&R cleaners masterfully removed all the black mold stains, without affecting the fabric or finish at all. Once again they are beautiful and they look and feel brand new. And again the service we received was top rate. I can’t recommend C&R highly enough. They have our dry cleaning business for life.

I bring in mostly pants and shirts.  Dress shirts and polos as well as my jeans, khakis.  Always friendly and ready to help.  I like my shirts crisp, and that's what I get.

They did a fantastic job dry cleaning my coat. It was reasonably priced and ready for pick up when they said it would be.

Very expensive drop off services compared to the bubble laundry and the manager got an attitude with me when the atm inside their business didn't work.
