I brought in a vintage formal dress for them to take a look at, and I was assured that they could give it a shot and the worst thing that might happen is shrinkage. I then got a call about “unexpected bleeding” from the dress and came to get it to see horrible staining. I was told that they would not compensate me for the dress because it was an “accepted risk” when doing my laundry there. I’m so heartbroken and disappointed. If you have anything you cherish, I would not recommend coming here.

Walden cleaners is pretty much the gold standard when it comes to dry cleaning. Friendly helpful. They do a fantastic job at a fair price.

They are quick to get your laundry done and they are very courteous and professional.  I absolutely the love the covered drive thru in Norman.  The only reason I did not give a 5PLYS star rating is the price!  Every time I go, twice a month my bill is over $125.  This is just crazy.    They should have a throw back day or two per month when shirts are very low or 2 for 1.  Something. When you spend close to $300 a month on cleaning you should get some rewards just like you do other places
