I’m so impressed with the quality of service—every time I’ve brought my clothes here for cleaning or alterations, the results have been consistently excellent. I recently brought in my Wilfred and Babaton coats for hydrocarbon organic cleaning, and the results were absolutely amazing! Both coats came back looking brand new. Everything always comes back looking fresh and flawless. Highly recommend this place!

If you care about your expensive clothes, I would definitely not tailor them here I brought in many items for tailoring. When I brought them home half the stuff wasn’t even done and the quality of work was absolutely disgusting. I had to call them bring back my stuff they had to re-fix it. They charge me for a dry cleaning which I didn’t even do the damaged my white Aritzia pants my jeans are completely messed up. The straps on my dress weren’t even fixed. It was a complete disaster. Then the man who works there told me as a goodwill gesture to bring my dry cleaning in and he would take care of it complementary when we arrive today, nothing was complementary And he decided to take two dollars off each. I was gonna give them the opportunity to correct the disaster but after today, I decided to spend my money elsewhere, so should you.

I went in Tuesday to get two pairs of jeans taken in at both the waist and thigh ($100 total—discounted, and so I think the website is a little outdated), and picked them up Thursday.

I'm happy with the turnaround time! The process was simple, 10-15 minutes. I stepped into the pants and told them where I needed it altered. I also brought a pair of well-fitting jeans, which they kept as reference. One of the jeans I brought had a irregular seam design, which I am glad they could preserve for the most part.

(This is my fault, but if you're bringing in any jeans, I recommend you break them in prior, since new denim fits tighter.)

When I first brought in my expensive sweater, it had a very small stain that was barely noticeable and didn’t affect its wearability. I specifically pointed out the stain to the owner and only handed it over after they assured me it could be cleaned without any issues. However, the result was disastrous—the small stain turned into a much larger, more obvious one, making the sweater completely unwearable. Additionally, a new stain appeared on the neckline, which was not there before.

Their claim about having cleaned the sweater multiple times is simply not true. Not only was my sweater mishandled, but other items I left with them, such as my T-shirts, were also delayed. I followed their timeline and went to pick up my items on the agreed date, but was told they weren’t ready and needed more time. When I returned a second time, my clothes—including the sweater—were still not properly cleaned, and the owner said they needed to be re-cleaned yet again. This pattern of delaying and making excuses shows a complete lack of professionalism and care.

Their actions and excuses contradict each other, and it’s clear they are simply trying to brush customers off rather than taking responsibility. I stand by my review: this business is dishonest, careless, and unprofessional. I strongly urge others not to trust them with your valuable clothing.

I trusted them with my expensive sweater after they assured me it would be “spotless” and promised there would be no issues. However, they ended up ruining the sweater, and to make matters worse, they folded it in a way that deliberately hid the damaged area. I only discovered the damage when I got onto my car and opened the package (because I was worried there might still be some damage and it turned out I was right.)

When I brought it back to the owner, he said he would re-clean it and, if the damage couldn’t be fixed, offer a compensation of $150—which is far below the actual value of my sweater(more than $7k). I requested to file an insurance claim, but they refused to provide updates. They never reached out to me, ignored my calls, and always came up with excuses like Christmas and New Year delays. Yet, when asked for proof that they had contacted their insurance, they couldn’t provide any.

This level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I feel incredibly frustrated and betrayed by their service. Please learn from my experience and avoid trusting this business with your valuable items.
