I had never had anything dry cleaned before and I needed to get my brother's suit done for a wedding. I stumbled upon Accomplished Cleaners and I'm very happy with the level of service and how the garments turned out.

I was very pleased with the quick turn around service when I brought in a few things to be drycleaned and a dress to be pressed. However, once I got my dress home it still had a lot of wrinkles in it, and now I'm ironing it myself so it was a bit of a let down. Would use again for dry cleaning but perhaps not getting anything else pressed.

Melanie and her team are so friendly and helpful . They recently got a friend and I out of a wedding dress situation with ease. I always use them and highly recommend them !

Normally I would give this place 4 stars until my experience today(if they were a little cheaper it'd be a 5)

However they advertise their hours as open until 5PM on Saturday.   I walked up at exactly 4:55 to the door locked, lights still on, and a lady inside doing her closing duties.  I gave her a polite wave and she stared through me, looked back down and continued what she was doing, as if they weren't supposed to still be open and couldn't be bothered with me.

I was there to pick up a suit for my xmas party tonight which I obviously can't wear now even though I was there within the hours you advertise.  I hope Accomplished Cleaners enjoyed the $1000 I've spent on dry cleaning in the last couple years cause you won't be getting another dollar from me!

I had a brand new pair of shorts that ended up battling a blue pen the first time they were washed. I took them in to see if they could get the multiple sets of stains out. The lady told me that it was unlikely she could get it out, and that if she did it would probably take some colour from the shorts. I asked if she’d give it a shot anyways and she reluctantly said she could try. When I picked them up a couple days later she claimed it must have been her miracle job because she managed to get the stains out without any other flaws to the shorts! Definitely worth every penny!!

They are not just fine dry cleaners but also the professional provider of alterations and tailoring services. I brought in my pants to widen legs, and they executed perfectly and at a very reasonable price. They are available 7am-3pm for alterations. I was referred to by my friend and I’m glad I found them!

Dropped off my clothes there and when I returned to collect my previously aforementioned clothes (earlier in the sentence); there managed to be an unsuspecting would be customer. Their misfortune turned into my fortune as I now own an extra pair of suit pants and work shirts. 5 stars!

Our family has found Westgate Cleaners to be excellent in caring for our drycleaning needs. Items are always ready when promised and well cleaned. We were extremely pleased with our most recent experience. When we picked up our cleaning, there was a small bag attached to one of my husband's suits with the message: We found these items in the garment you sent for cleaning". Inside was a $20 bill. I don’t need to get things dry cleaned very often, but when I do (or anyone in my family for that matter), we go here.  Not only is the turn around time excellent, and the top notch care put into cleaning each, but they are known for their green cleaning.  This local wet cleaner’s do not use any harsh chemicals, which I appreciate not only for my own sake but also knowing that the employees health is being taken into consideration as well.

They do not follow specific requests, ruined part of my suit by removing pocket cloth and folding it back into a mess!! It’s clearly important when a suit is being dropped off but they can’t handle with care!!!

They gave my suit that I dropped off to clean to someone else! They don’t check receipts! Horrible customer service, when I asked them to call customers they gave it off to they said that I had picked it up! CLEARLY I DIDNT BECAUSE WHY WOULD I BE HERE TO PICK UP MY SUIT?! They also admitted to me they don’t check receipts and played it off like it’s my fault. When I questioned where my suit is they threatened to call the police on me. Do not go here. The service is horrible and now I don’t have a suit.

I have attached my suit so if anyone reads this that may have picked it up please return it so I have a suit to wear.

Amazing service, I needed a coat rush cleaned before Thanksgiving, and they were able to accommodate me. The price was extremely reasonable, and my coat looked amazing. I will definitely be using them again.

Front desk was so kind and helpful. I gave them some pretty gnarly vintage coats (cloth, wool, leather, and suede) and they made them look almost brand new!

Brought my shirt and glove for sewing repairs. It said on receipt that I can pick up on Wednesday 4pm but they told me it was not ready. Asked if it would be ready the next day morning and they said yes. But my clothes were still not ready by then. I had to visit the shop 3 times just to pickup my order.

It was very unprofessional and I had to delay an important trip because of that. The staff only offered $5 discount. Sewing quality is fine. It would be better if they didn't use green thread for my black glove. Wouldn't recommend if you expect them to finish on time.
