I can't recommend this dry cleaner to anyone. Almost a year ago, I dropped off a very expensive dress for cleaning. When I picked it up, I was informed that the dress had been sucked into the washing machine during the dry cleaning and had been severely damaged. Although the owner assured me that he would reimburse the damage through insurance, I have not received any compensation despite repeated requests in person and in writing. I was repeatedly fobbed off with excuses, and now the owner no longer responds to my inquiries.

I can't recommend this tailor to anyone. An absolute horrific experience! A dress needed to be made tighter. The first time it was too big, then too small. Then they only sewed the fabric on one side, leaving a gap in the armpit and not even closing on the other side. And the fifth time they sewed it together like a puzzle piece and it looks awful. Where the zipper is, it's sewn really badly, so it's now rippling and I'm throwing the dress away. After four attempts at repairs, they even asked me if I'd eaten a lot the last time it was pinned or tried to blame it on different underwear. I don't wear push-up underwear, I don't have a bloated stomach and it was absolutely the tailor's fault. No compromise, no goodwill, no money back - so I absolutely threw the price of the dress and the tailor's price in the trash. Never again! In the end they even cheekily said it would be more expensive next time! As if I'd ever come back. Simply outrageous.

The new owner is very nice and personable. His work and service are very thorough and excellent. The prices are fair. You immediately feel welcome. I will be coming here often. I highly recommend this shop!
