I brought in a jacket, which they couldn't find at the pickup time. I had to go back, and in my opinion, the jacket hadn't been cleaned. It smelled musty and wasn't clean at all. I'm never going there again.

I went there to get to shirts cleaned one being with very detailed print and colour and the other one with a more exotic material combination. The price was fair and the results where really good

Worst cleaning I've ever experienced. The boss was rude and rude on the phone. My shirt wasn't finished as agreed and when I finally picked it up it suddenly had new stains on it that definitely weren't there before. When I complained, they claimed that the stains were not from the cleaning. They couldn't even assure me that they could even remove the stains. Absolutely unprofessional, very disappointing. Never again!

Unfortunately I found the woman at this laundry service to be extremely rude. I do not speak German but had prepared myself with the necessary phrases to ask politely to for a wash and fold service for my and my children’s clothes.

I was told that they cannot wash childrens’ clothes because of concerns about ‘allergies’ and that they couldn’t quote a price to clean childrens’ clothes in any event (all of which I gathered from a kind customer to came to my aid with translation).

She threw my laundry all over the counter. To say that I was treated with humiliating disdain by the woman is an understatement - I left in tears with my two young children. It is not easy navigating a new city solo with young children and some basic kindness in explanation and treatment would have been appreciated.

The employee was friendly and I was able to pick up my sweater the next day. It was nice and clean. The location certainly costs a lot of rent, but I still think EUR 7.50 is a little overpriced.

Very poor service and results! The bottom zipper on my expensive €500 jacket is broken! Unfortunately, I didn't check the jacket on site, otherwise I would have complained right away! Now they can talk their way out of it; I'll never take anything there again! And then they charge me 0.50 cents for a film! (And it's not even that clean 😡 )

The statement was that I had worn the jacket and cleaned the stain (put the jacket on, saw the stain, took a picture and took it off). The employee was really nice, the boss was just cheeky and had an “I don’t care about you” attitude. Overall I haven't had the jacket for 2.5 weeks, it's a shame

The owner washed the hout couture evening dress instead of having it dry-cleaned. The evening dress, made of 100% pure organza silk
embroidered with pearls, was damaged due to improper handling. Instead of reporting the damage to her insurance, she repeatedly came up with baseless, contradictory new versions. A lawyer had to be involved.
She even went so far as to remove the care instructions from the dress. My lawyer threatened criminal prosecution, as we had enough witnesses to prove it.
The whole process took months. Finally, her insurance company
recognized the situation and compensated for the damage.
Ultimately, this shop is more of a laundry than a dry cleaner.
The owner has an unfortunate attitude. You can't run a business like that. She didn't believe a lawyer would be involved either.
