I've been coming here since I moved to this side of Manchester.  They are by far the best cleaners I have been too, they definitely take pride in their work and on top of it they are very friendly.  So, if you're looking for a superb cleaners, we'll then try Gateway and I am confident that you will be highly satisfied.

About 4 places told me they couldn't do it I called them up he says absolutely! they did a great job prices are amazing when I pick up my suit I gave them more work. I am a 71-year-old woman, and I truly did not want to write this review.  I have been going to Hour Glass Cleaners for several years, and I am grateful that they offer pick-up and drop-off services.  They have always done a satisfactory job, except recently for these two cashmere cardigans, which both came back shrunk. I went back to them to have them correct their mistake.  During both times, the people at the front acknowledged that they had shrunk my cashmere cardigan and would make it right.  However, each time the cardigans came back, they were still shrunk.  I communicated with them, and I received a text saying they would take responsibility.   I responded via email about replacement options, and it has been over a week with no response from Hour Glass Cleaners.  The Ralph Lauren cashmere cardigans each cost over $200, and I trusted their care to Hour Glass Cleaners, who destroyed my cashmere cardigans and charged me for it. Also, Hour Glass Cleaners usually texts me twice a week to inquire if I have any dry cleaning for pickup.  They have since stopped. They essentially ghosted me. I am shocked and disappointed.

It's hard to find a dry cleaner anymore. I needed a jacket cleaned and I was a bit wary based on the reviews here, so let me set the record straight.

I went in and the lady was super friendly. I gave her my jacket and said I wasn't in a rush to get it back. She quoted me about 3 days (around Thanksgiving) and something around $13. I received a text message 3 days later saying it was ready for pickup. The guy at pickup was even nicer.

The stain on the jacket was gone! Great service, fast, less expensive than I expected, and very friendly. What more can you want?

I highly recommend Hour Glass Cleaners to everybody! I use them a couple of years ago, and hadn’t had a need for dry cleaning until now. Had a few suits and dresses that needed to be dry cleaned. They are incredibly friendly and quick here! I finally got my wedding dress preserved as well- I didn’t realize they offered that service. They initially quoted me around a one-month turnaround, and in about two weeks I got a message that it was ready. They also had me come by to inspect and see the dress before they boxed it up. I mostly dealt with Pat, and he is such a pleasure to work with! I look forward to using their services again.

I got pants tailored here and it was a great experience. Recommended if u need something tailored and looking for good work.
