I took all of my dress and work clothes to Neighborhood Cleaners in Mount Dora after a house fire. All of the items were black with smoke damage and smelled terrible. I really didn't think it would be worthwhile to have them cleaned but I was wrong. Every article of clothing came out looking almost like new and to my surprise there was no more smoke smell. Just freshly laundered clothing. Yeah!!! Thank you everyone at the Neighborhood Cleaners in Mount Dora I give you all 5 stars for your customer service and quality of work!!! Thank you so much!!!!

I had 11 jackets taken in for dry cleaning, the price was great 2 stars for that however I have seams pressed where I should not and most are double breasted jackets and weeenkor even properly hung back on hangers I have wrinkles in most and 3 were brand new never worn and the white one isn’t as white as it should be and the tan one has pinched fabric where it was pressed for to long. As a working professional I do not have time to have the redone very disappointing will travel to leesburg just to get a good dry cleaning service.

I went in to have my suit altered and dry-cleaned in a short time period. I explained I had a week to get my pants altered, and I need my entire suit dry-cleaned by Saturday (I think I came in on Monday). The woman who does alterations for the cleaners met me there when she picked up the items, got a quick measurement, and got to work right away. They came back perfect, and I had my entire suit back by Friday afternoon.

Needless to say, I had a great experience with this business. Service was fast and the quality was great. I will happily use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs a very reputable dry-cleaner.

I decided to try this Alysa Cleaners because they are closer to my home. They charged  $23 to clean a business suit!  Their price is significantly higher than anyone else I’ve used in the area.  There was nothing outstanding about the service.  The next cleaners is only 5 minutes away; I will save lots of money using someone else.

Charged $17.00 for two men's, casual shirts that I asked to be laundered.  They said they dry cleaned them and that's how much it cost.  I did not ask to be dry cleaned.  It says in the shirt machine washable.  There weren't linen or silk or any other fabric that needs dry cleaning.  Do not go there.  A total ripoff.

I have 4 floor length curtains I asked the hemmed, just 1 turn of the hem., & cleaned.  They had to called me back with a price.  The price given me was $140 (more than the curains cost).  I said how much to just clean them $40, ok they were already there just clean them.  Well I picked them up it was $80 to clean them .  I said no I was told $40 to clean, $40 to hem & $80 to clean.  Conveniently the person who told me the cost wasn't there.  I know how much I was quoted since I had immediately texted the info to a friend who was as appauld as I was.  I get the curtains home & rehang them.  There are stains on 2 that were not there previously, like cleaning fluid in a big puddle on 1 & a line across the top on another.  Do not use.

Over price and ruined 4 items by shrinking.  Didn't offer to provide compensation.  I'm out about $400.nice business attire that can't be replaced
