Executive Clothing Care Cleaners

Rude and dismissive. I don’t recommend. I had an emblem stuck to my blazer. When I received my blazer back it was not there. I spoke to the manager, and he said he would look for it and call me back. Three weeks went by, and no call. I returned today, and I asked to be reimbursed. He said it wasn’t their fault and thought it stuck on and that doesn’t work for dry cleaning. I told him I had no clue that was the case, and if he saw it then why did he still clean it. He said they thought it was sown on and it’s not their fault and won’t compensate. When I told him I will not be returning, and I will write a review He said he “do what you have to do.”  He rather lose a customer than do the right thing. Clearly, he doesn’t care about my dollars. I wonder why. Then after telling me “do what you want,” he’s then tries to patronize me by sarcastically saying “have a nice day.” No apology. Just a don’t-care-attitude.

I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. I am greeted by name when ever I come in. They are very honest and trustworthy. i moved 20 min away and still go for the service. Their work is spot on! recommended!!!!!

I have been going here for over 5 years, & honestly it's more for the convenience.

I love this cleaner, I am greeted by name every visit.  Always willing to help me, with my crazy travel schedule, I sometimes have a quick turnaround! I am a big fan of white suits and they always come back so fresh and so clean, clean! 

After only two weeks the owner knows me by name, doesn’t waste a ticket on me, and has my clothes ready for me, on time, without any missing particles. Not only that, but they were able to find and repair my tux vest for a reasonable price. The honesty and hard work behind this clothing care facility is top notch!
