Every suit and other dress clothes I’ve brought here for dry cleaning always comes out amazing. They are quick and super friendly. Their prices are really good too! I had a stitching request and they were able to get that taken care of too. All around great place to get your clothes and professional attire cleaned with care.

The staff was very friendly, and the place was extremely clean, which I appreciated. It was a bit on the pricey side—I paid $16.95 to have my daughter’s small dress washed and steamed. We went ahead with it because the dress had a strong ammonia smell. Unfortunately, even after the service, the odor remained, which was disappointing.

Savon did an excellent job cleaning and preserving my Mom's 70+ year old wedding dress and all the accompanying garments (veils, hoop slip, reception dress and even a head piece made of a faux pearl like substance.) They are so friendly there too plus there is original artwork in the lobby to view! Thank you again for doing a good job at a reasonable price!

I absolutely LOVE this place! I bring my suit jackets here every 2 weeks and they do an amazing job! The lady who helps me knows exactly what I have when I walk through the door( even though I've only been there a few times) and is always willing to work with my schedule. No doubt the best dry cleaners in rockford!

8a.m. (ct) Mon. Oct. 3, 2022. I took 5 Brand New Items into K's on E. State St. Rockford, IL to be PRESS ONLY. I spoke with & gave my clothes to Martha, the owner. I explicitly said, PRESS ONLY & removed the Clothing tags in front of Martha. I did NOT realize until AFTER I had picked up my clothes & taken them home that I WAS CHARGED FULL DRY CLEANING PRICES. When I questioned Martha about it she said, "We pressed them by hand & I gave you $12.50 discount". I had frequent this cleaning before. But, I WILL NEVER GO TO K's Cleaners on E. State St again. Nor will I recommend it. One thing I have learned for sure>>Ask the pricing before doing business or leaving my clothing. Signed, Ruth Richardson

The best service I have received from any business. I was late for a wedding and had a wrinkled shirt and had called other dry cleaners for an emergency ironing but the only one that would do it was K's Cleaners. They saved me....But on top of there top notch service they had done a superb job on making this shirt look better then brand new. Definitely have my business for life.

K's cleaners did a great job on cleaning my clothes. I brought one suit, two suit jackets, two dress shirts and two dresses here. One of the dresses I brought in was pure white and made of delicate material. When I went to pick up my clothes, the employee pointed out that there was a small spot on the white dress that they were unable to get out because the material was so delicate. This spot was tiny and very hard to see unless pointed out. I appreciated that they were honest and straightforward about their limitations. Everything else that came back seemed to be as good as new. I plan on coming back here for my future dry cleaning.

They mislabeled my suit and it was hard for me to pick up without waiting and multiple phone calls it was my first time there. I will give it another shot because we all know sometimes these things happen and that’s how we learn but hopefully it’s more organized. They were very hesitant to give me something which is a plus but it took extra time of mine, I needed

I brought dress pants to be dry cleaned, nothing more. They ended up starching then with a crease. These particular dress pants are skinny leg fit and not meant to be creased as it shrinks the size. I took them back and the re did them without the crease, however there is still the creasing because they pressed and starched them that way initially.

Have been using them for a few years. Very friendly, and they have military and veteran discount. Clothes always clean and pressed nicely.

They moved from North Alpine & Guilford Road to Charles St. just North of Schnucks but South of Stockholm Inn. Great service. Senior discount on Tuesdays!!
