I will no longer be taking my dry cleaning here. I dropped off three garments. Went to pick up and they said one of them was not processed and would require me to sign a liability waiver before they would agree to process. I declined to sign the waiver because it’s a one of a kind vintage piece and didn’t want to take the risk. They charged me for the other two with no comment so I thought they were fine. Took them home and noticed one of them was completely damaged! The collar had come away from the bodice, the embroidery was undone in several places. That’s when I realized they stopped processing the third garment based on the damage they knew they caused to the other one. They didn’t mention the damage at pick up or offer to not charge me for it! If they had been honest and upfront about the damage I would be less upset but this is not good business practice and I will never use this company again nor recommend them.

I recently had my clothes done at Pride Cleaners at the Executive Hills. After I picked up my clothes, I later found them with stains and smelling of cigarette smoke. I then returned to Pride Cleaners wanting a refund for the poor $70 service. I was told that the manager had the day off and was told to come back later. When I returned to the store the next day, I explained the story to the manager and requested a refund. Terry was the manager's name, and he seemed anxious and promptly told me no. They have a policy to re-clean the clothes, but the wait time and worry about my clothes being dirty made me not want to use their service. I would not recommend anyone come to this location for the money you spend there and the poor customer service.

They found an exact match button for my suit coat. Self serve was great.

Nature's Touch Cleaners

Terrible service. Dropped off 2 leather jacket and they gave a date and ticket when ready. When I came to pick it up they told me it would be  another 6 to 8 more weeks. The manager was supposed to call and never did. Made 3 trips to this store and they ultimately never cleaned the item.

Have had several items dry cleaned here including my suits and even a necktie. Very helpful staff and they even help you to utilize their promotions. I had some stains on my necktie that I thought were permanent. They did their magic on it and the tie looks exactly as I bought it. Made my week. My new dry cleaner of choice now.

Never open. Been trying to get my clothes since Thursday (4 days closed)

If you need a great dry cleaners, I would give them 6 stars if I could. The owners are so kind, professional, and do an amazing job with everything from dress shirts to dresses to my daughter's wedding dress. Although I don't go on a regular basis, I'm always impressed they call me by name and if any stains were overlooked, they take it back and clean it again until it's completely removed. They're miracle workers when it comes to dry cleaning! Thank you so much!

Seems like a nice, locally owned business.  The owners were friendly and pricing seems to be fair.

I brought in 5 dress shirts and 3 dress pants for a total of $31.20 plus tax.

Clothes seem pressed nicely and don’t have any chemical smell.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone new to the area trying to find a reliable dry cleaner to use.

I have been using Oxford Cleaners for 21 years.  The husband and wife owners are fantastic.  They are very friendly and ask about how my family is doing.   The quality of work is outstanding and I have never had any issues.  They are very fast at check in and check out.  They are a family operation that treats you like a member of the family.  If you become a regular customer they know your car, your name, and the level of starch that you need and they write the ticket as you are walking from the parking lot to the store.  Pretty cool!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Whatever you do, do not go to this place, not only will they ruin your item but the guy will be extremely rude!! Buckle up, this is a long one.
They ruined my favorite suit by not checking the pockets of another suit that was dry cleaned with my jacket. A friend of mine recommended them and was picking it up for me and they told her to have me call them. When I called and through every interaction, I was calm, that’s important to note. I was met with an angry man that yelled and demanded to see receipts when I told him how much the cost was. Fine, that’s fine, I called Ann Taylor and was lucky enough they still had my records, I called my tailor and they emailed me the receipts. I go in with all of my stuff and was told they wouldn’t give me any money until I brought my pants. Like what? You want my pants, that’s weird! Before they would pay me any money they had to see my pants. I will say at that point I encountered a woman that I can only assume was his wife and while she was nice it was still weird they wanted my pants. Basically they were saying  if they paid me for a suit they ruined that I would have to give them my pants and when I asked why she just said “if we pay for the suit we want the whole suit” again… they ruined MY suit but whatever.  I then bring in my pants and actually meet the guy face to face, again the woman is pleasant enough and even thanks me for understanding but they guy oooooooooh boy! He already has an attitude when he walks up like he’s already pissy. Again I’m nice, calm, show him all my paperwork, AGAIN. He grabs my pants and says “nope not a suit.” Umm say what? It says suit on the tag for 1, for 2 I bought it from Ann Taylor and they say it’s a suit. He says the fabrics aren’t the same. Oh no way I never noticed! For real? Of course they’re not the same, have you never bought a woman’s suit? No of course not because you’re a man, but please mansplain to me how suits work? Im just a lowly woman, I don’t know!
I can’t!! I’m being mean now. I’ll stop.
We went back and forth as he yelled at me about what a suit is, I had to ask him not to yell at me multiple times. Honestly I should’ve just called the cops, they were the ones that made me come in and demanded to see my pants, yelled at me after seeing my pants, basically harassing me, then refused to pay for the pants because even though they were the exact same unique shade of red, the same brand, the same size, they weren’t a suit. He even told me to take him to small claims court, that tells me he’s had this argument with people MANY times.
I have to say, they did end up paying me for the sale price that I got on the jacket and the tailoring for that specific jacket but let’s be honest, I can’t buy a new suit with that AND they did not pay for the pants which I will have to buy when I get a new suit. At one point they even told me I could keep my pants. Ummm well I would hope so given that they’re my flipping, fudging, freaking PANTS!

If they had been easy to work with or just not mean, like just genuinely rude, then I wouldn’t post, even though it was bs! But this dude needs a class in being a nice human to other humans. Here’s the basics for when he reads this, if he even made it this far but let’s be honest he’s an angry man so I’m sure he did.
1) Don’t yell at people, especially when you’re the one in the wrong. It’s just not nice.
2) Say, “I’m sorry. ” YOU, don’t make your wife do it for you.
3) Smiling isn’t generally hard, I’ve learned how to do it even when I don’t want to, it’s called customer service.
