Best Dry Cleaners in the area! I had a large amount of complicated pieces (pieces that have embroidery and beading, coats, etc) that needed to be done and they were quick and accommodating. I also bring in some overpriced luxury clothing that I'm dumb enoough to want and they handle those with care as well.

Prices are competitive to any other Baltimore dry cleaners - the friendly and competent service can't be beat either.  Also love that it's a local black woman owned business.

If I could give zero stars I would damaged. They damaged my fiancée custom jacket days before our wedding. This suit was custom made. They burnt the fibers in the jacket, the jacket is beyond repair. They do not know how to iron clothes. They don’t know what they are doing at all!! Avoid them at all costs.  He had to purchase a new suit jacket. Update: please don’t lie I have uploaded the receipt.

Betty Brite is the BEST!  Took my daughter’s wedding dress and my dress to them for alterations. They were reasonably priced, done in ONE WEEK, and extremely professional and kind. Don’t go anywhere else for alterations!  Other girls in the wedding went other places and paid more and waited longer.

Give your clothes to this place for alteration if you want to destroy and at the same time pay for it.
Last week I bought 3 Levi’s jeans. 3 different colors, same fitting and same cut 32/29. I only dropped one pant for alteration two inches short. I came home tried on the next day and it was way shorter.
I went back and show the pant they altered and the new ones that I supposed to give if they did the good job on the first one. Clearly shows upon measuring that she did 4 inches instead of 2 inches. Instead of apologizing, she’s kept on saying I did 2 inches. Totally ignoring that I have another Jean with me to compare. Makes no sense.
Finally I saw her husband came to the counter, I was hoping that he will be more understanding and sensible than his wife. His wife said something in Korean or Chinese, he wouldn’t even listen instead rude and ignorant.

I have gone here for years for dress alterations and every time I am amazed!! This last dress I took was too snug up top and she was able to loosen it and make the dress fit me perfectly. The work done here is exceptional and the customer service makes it even better- not to mention the turnaround time is really fast. This is the only place I will go to for alterations!!!!

I dropped of 1 dress, 2 pairs of dress pants and 1 cotton sweater (my favorite) on 8/13/25.  I went to pick my clothing up on 8/25/25.  The dress could not be found at that time.  I did not pick up the pants or sweater at that time. At 1:01 pm I received a call that the dress was also found.  I went there today 10/18/25 to pick up all of my items.  They can't find any of my clothing.  The owner started to scream at me.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCAL PARKVILLE BUSINESS.  THEY ONLY HAVE A PAPER TRACKING SYSTEM THAT DOES NOT WORK.

I had 6 suits dry cleaned for $56.50.. Clean 2 get one free, decent price. Place looks a little dirty inside but suits are clean. Mainly gave 3 stars because the nice hangers I had from when I bought the suits are gone. Dropped them off on my hangers and got back the cheap metal ones, and the lady in the store said she had no idea where they were. Pretty upset about that.

Ok so the 2 ladies that own the place are very nice. But I had one of my daughters school uniform skirts hemmed and it was $58. I’m sorry but that is insane! I wish I would’ve asked how much it was going to be before I left but I honestly thought it couldn’t be no more than $20. I was WRONG!

I went there to get 5 different item tailored . From business pants to dresses to shirts . All my items were perfectly fitted after . The ladies were very professional and nice . They are a little pricer then my old dry cleaners but it is worth it . They are my new "go-to" dry cleaners and I will be back .
