They recently did some expedited service for me before a trip, and the quality was first rate as always.  Give them a try for your dry cleaning and alteration needs.  You will be happy you did.

I took my white coat to have it cleaned,  as it needed cleaning badly  and most of the stains came out.   When I brought it back the owner cleaned it a second time and didn't charge me!!  He was very accommodating and professional and went above and beyond for me and I would highly recommend them because of this as well as the great job that they did on my other garments!!

Dropped off a suit jacket and pants to be a groomsman at a wedding. Needed them finished and ready for pick up in a very short notice. Had them fitted in under 10 minutes. Four days later I picked them up and was all ready to go. Amazing service. 10 out of 10

Not to sure what to think. I took a shirt to be dry cleaned and pressed. When I went to pick it up I wanted it flat around the buttons so I asked them if they would please iron it flat and they said pick it up the next day. When I went to pick up the shirt the next day I was told that the manager said that's not how the shirt is made to look and she didn't do it. What I'm confused about it doesn't matter what she thinks I had asked them to do it a certain way only to get feedback of no we will not. I don't understand. It doesn't matter what she thought or what she thought it was supposed to look like what matters is I'm the customer and I wanted it to look a different way. I did plan to wear the shirt that night but couldn't wear it because I didn't have time to iron it the way I wanted it to look like. They should have a sign in the window that says we don't do it your way we do it our way.

I dropped off my suit for cleaning and was told to pick it up two days later. When I arrived to pick it up, my suit had tons of long fibers all over the suit and was very wrinkled, as though no pressing had been done.

I pointed this out and was told to come back in two more days, but that was too long. I was then told that it could be available the following day. When I picked it up, it was adequately cleaned and pressed.

The prices were reasonable, so I’d probably use American Cleaners again.

Would leave a 0 star due to customer service. Arrived before 6 on Wednesday and they were already closed. The lady inside seen me but wouldn’t open the door. I paid for rush service so it was important I received my shirts that day. The next day the guy was rude and dismissive.

We had our comforters cleaned there and they don't look like they have been dry cleaned at all. I am extremely dissapointed. It takes over a week to get your comforters back and then they still have stains in them. We are not messy at all with spills or anything but our comforters still look like they have not been even spot clean. They seem like they were just thrown in a dryer and fluffed. Waste of money. Even with the coupon we spent $40 bucks one time and another $20 another time.

They can't call anyone back or email them! I'm in town for a funeral, dropped my suit off, I was not informed that they were going to be closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday for 4th of July. So I tried emailing multiple times and calling doing anything I can to see if some one can please let me get my suit, I even offered to pay some one, but nothing. I definitely won't be back at this place!
