They lost my suit jacket, denied it, never found/returned it, and they have terrible customer service to boot.

When I first brought the lody jacket to their  attention, the man behind the counter flat out denied it and acted as though it was impossible for them to lose an item - as if their system is infailable. I had to convince him to even look for it. I called on multiple occasions and asked for a call from the owner. They said the owner would call but he never did. Needless to say, I never went back.

I switched to Best Cleaners. Coincidentally, Best lost one of my items the very first time I patronized them. The difference was that they immediately apologized and said they would look for it. They found it that same day. They earned a new regular customer. Lapels lost a customer and earned this review.

Excellent service! I needed a two way heavy duty zipper replacement on a favorite, very warm winter coat. A tailor said go buy another coat and a different dry cleaner just tried to replace the zipper pull. Lapels replaced the zipper with the proper zipper and it works great! Very happy to have a very warm coat usable and functional again at a very reasonable price.

I enjoyed the service I received a lapel. The owner knows me just by my face the minute I walk in in without a receipt without saying anything he goes to the computer. He pulls me up know what I’m dropping off knows what I’m picking up. Excellent service, I would recommend Lapelle to anyone.

Being my first time there, I had my son's coats cleaned and sewed,(the bottom edge and a bottom button.They did a good job! At first it wasn't ready when I went to pick up because of a machine breakage so I thought oh no this isn't looking good. I came back when stated and they were sewed and ready. GOOD JOB AT ALTERRATIONS AND CLEANING. I will go back for future items. Good people who take care of you. Thank you!

Went there for alterations.  The girl at the front was so nice and helpful!  It was my first time going there and I wasn’t sure how it all worked and she was so sweet and kind.  When I picked it up less than a week later she was equally as helpful and nice.  Plus for me being a new customer they gave me a new customer discount!  Highly recommend!

Dropped off two! Two shirts at 730AM told them I needed it done by end of day, which supposedly runs till 9AM wasn’t done by 2pm the next day.

Never using this service again. Don’t waste your time or money. There are better dry cleaners.

Best cleaners did an amazing job on a men’s suit and shirt that I brought in that had all kinds of stains.  The shirt and suit looked like brand new when I picked them up.  I also requested same day service and was not disappointed.  Would highly recommend!

Brought in my winter coat I wear at the barn. I needed a zipper and it to be cleaned. I barely recognized my coat. It was so clean and the zipper was so well done! I always bring alterations and items to be cleaned. They are so nice and do an amazing job.

I had my beige lined drapes cleaned and it was very expensive to begin with but I was willing to pay for a good job done. I got them back wrinkled and as I was steaming them for an hour I found black stains all over them. I called the female owner and she said they were dirty that’s the best they can do. I Did Not bring them there with black stains all over them. Unacceptable  and I would not recommend this place.

I had driven by this establishment for years without realizing it was there.  My wife needed a dress hemmed with short notice and discovered Mr. Kleen, and the kind woman (who I assume is the owner) was able to take care of her.  As a result, we wanted to give her more business so we have started taking our dry cleaning there.  Everything has always been done to a high quality standard and on-time.  The customer service has been excellent and we have decided to give them all our business.  I highly recommend this business.
