As a first time customer, I took a fairly expensive sports coat, a few dress shirts, and pants here for dry cleaning service. Their prices and turnaround are reasonable. Their service, however, is excellent.

Wasn't pleased with the pants as shown in the pictures. An When I picked up I was told they found a whole in my jacket. Now I tried it on before I dropped it off an didn't notice it so I can't say for sure.

They charged me $24.20 for two pants, saying they're an XLARGE - they're a 36x34 size. Then they charged me $15.60 for two shirts, saying they're also XLARGE - they're 18x37 dress shirts. The pricing is twice what I've paid anywhere, and when I questioned this she said 'it's because there is extra fabric'. I told her she quoted me $20 and change when I dropped them off, and she said 'well you can call the owner i don't make the prices'. On top of this, they have the nerve to put a TIP JAR ON THE COUNTER.  It's a Dry Cleaner. Seriously. I will never recommend or return, also posting reviews on any social media I can get my hands on. Save yourself, do not go there.

I brought in my suite, coat, and a special Bavarian vest. They noticed that a button was missing and used the replacement butten so repair the, free of charge. Grate service, nice local company! I will bring any dry cleaning here in the future.

Price was good and staff was polite but they burnt my clothes. A tailored dress shirt I’ve only worn once got 3 holes on the backside. Very disappointed as this was the first time it’s been clean and is now ruined. I’ll have to wear this shirt to an upcoming wedding as I don’t have time to purchase and tailor a new shirt. The pants and jacket look fine.

They will write on your clothes with permanent pen as a means to keep track of your items. You will get back damaged clothes and then they'll completely deny any possible responsibility because "you don't understand dry cleaning". They've been here for 30 years damaging clothes and pretending this is just how it works. I have lived in multiple big cities and used multiple dry cleaners. This is not how this service is done elsewhere. They are taking advantage of students who don't know better and being incredibly lazy about their process. Avoid this place at all costs, and always check your clothes before and after if you absolutely need to come here. Truly, scam artists.

Quite simple: DON'T USE THIS CLEANER!  The day before my father-in-law's funeral, we came to pick up my husband's expensive dark suit and this cleaner had given our suit to someone else and then claimed stubbornly that we had already picked it up.  They told a story of 'a man with my husband's telephone number' that had come in and requested the suit and THE SUIT WAS NEVER RECOVERED.  The owners refused to take responsibility claiming it was not their fault.  DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER if you value your clothes ~ it's like Russian roulette whether you will ever see them again. And if I could give minus 1 star for performance I would.

It’s always disorganized, sometimes piles of clothes on the floor. They are very slow, 3 or more weeks for a few standard items. I brought 2 items to be repaired. I’m no expert, but I do sew and I knew both of them could be repaired, one was a back seam on a women’s suit jacket, the other was a pair of jeans, they said they couldn’t do it. Very strange.
