UPDATE: After seeing my review, the owner reached out to apologize for my experience and proposed a way to make it right. Clearly the owner cares about his business and customers, which I appreciate. Therefore, I am revising my rating.

My regular drycleaner charges $3.95 for a pair of pants and a quick, 2-day turnaround. But, admittedly, I’m not confident they can remove tough stains. According to Blue Bird Cleaners reviews and website, they can. But alas…

The pants had 2 old stains and 2 water stains from me trying to clean them. The pants took a full 7 days to come back from Blue Bird; and not one stain was removed. Not even the water stains.

Ok, maybe it’s just not possible. But charging me $8 for the failure seems excessive. Not to the mention the gaslighting comments that accompanied:

“Some of the stains came out, right?” Nope, not one.
“Well, the stains are lighter, aren’t they?” No, I don’t think so.
“At least they are in an inconspicuous area.” Then I should’ve saved myself the $8.

Just admit you couldn’t get them out and give me $1 off or something. Not impressed with their “expertise” nor their customer service. Once and done.

I’ve tried a lot of dry cleaners in the area, but Amazing Dry Cleaners truly lives up to their name. My clothes always come back looking brand new, neatly pressed, and smelling fresh. The staff is super friendly and professional, and they go above and beyond to accommodate special requests. Highly recommend!

Surprised to have such a terrible experience after reading all the good reviews. I had taken a dress to be altered for length. I showed the woman exactly what I wanted done, watched her pin it, paid. Picked my dress up a week later and when I tried it on, it was still to the floor and not what I asked. I took it back the next day and showed her again what I wanted done. She was charging me full price again. I was confused as to what was done the first time and she couldn’t even show me or tell me what she had done. I left with my dress and I’m taking my business somewhere else. Awful customer service. Still confused what I paid for the first time being that the dress is the same length.

I’ve used Style Cleaners several times now for tailoring and she has done such an amazing job. If you need something altered you can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I went here. Brought 2 pair of pants to hem and a jacket needed a new zipper. Even though the jacket was given a later date that it would be done, all three were done on the early date. Very pleased! Very happy with their work! Will be going there from now on.

They are the best in Berks and Lehigh Counties!!  I have used about 7 Dry Cleaners over the last 15 years.  Had wash & fold done, alterations, dry cleaning, and more dress shirts than I could ever count. And believe me Style Cleaners is the best.  Absolutely the best!  My husband's shirts come out perfect and my dry cleaned suits (even with coffee stains) come out perfect!  The alterations I had them do look amazing. If I have a question I write it down so we don't misunderstand what I need.  I am very happy to have found a great dry cleaner.

We switched to Style Cleaners after our other dry-cleaning service of nine years closed their doors. I am very pleased with Style's service and they have been very friendly and accommodating to my wife and I each of the 30+ times we've used them in the past year and a half.
