The man is such a kind fella, honestly one of the nicest people I’ve come across in a while. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does and about his customers too. The dry cleaning is spot on — everything comes back looking perfect, and you can tell there’s real effort put into the work. It’s rare to find someone who treats you this well and still delivers such great service. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would… though I might need to start wearing more clothes just to have an excuse to come back!

I needed a gown altered very quickly for a wedding I’m in this weekend. I dropped it off on Monday evening and it was ready by Friday morning. Quick, affordable, and friendly! I will certainly be returning.

The service at Lafayette Cleaners is amazing. Ben, the owner, is extremely nice and generous. We had to get two gowns for a wedding altered, and Ben helped us with our measurements. Long dresses can be really expensive to alter, but Ben's prices were surprisingly low and the turnaround was fast. I will definitely come back here for any future alterations or dry cleaning!

I needed to decide whether to have it bustled or trimmed, and she took the time to walk me through all the options with such care and attention to detail. She made the whole experience feel personal and stress-free, and I truly felt like I was in good hands. I can’t wait to see the final result—I'm confident it’s going to be perfect!

HORRIBLE work!!!! I had 9 patches to be seen on a jacket, the work was sloppy like an amateur had done it. They offered to repair at this point I don't trust their work so I got a full refund, no receipt for either transaction, no apologies were given, shrewd nasty people. Disgusting people and now I'm at a loss with a horrible looking jacket because they refused to take the patches off. Disgusting, see pictures!!!!!!! When you're in America do business the right way!!!!!

I went to Chrin's on short notice to see if a dress I needed for a wedding could be altered. I spoke with Clara first who was very accommodating and kind and let me know she would have to check with their tailor. I was expecting them to say it couldn't be done in such a short amount of time given that I had a complex dress, but Lina was amazing and able to have it completed. Will definitely visit again for future needs, thank you!

Excellent alteration work done in my pants and a suit. One of the things I love about this place is that all the work is done on the premises so you don't really have to wait long to get your alterations done. I buy a lot of clothes online and usually they don't fit perfectly as I would hope. That's were Chrin's Cleaners are a life saver with their expert alterations. I keep coming back to get hem work and other alterations done and I've never had an issue with them. Erika is a wonderful employee and she is very responsible with the all my garments. I'm very happy with their service and their location is also very convenient with a lot of parking available thanks to the Walmart next door.

Got uniform items dry cleaned here, submitted them on a Friday, and had them back Monday morning.

Overall, they did a nearly acceptable job, but not more than that. I started going through my items and found two large creases so far from when they were pressed.

Recommend looking over your clothes better before bringing them home if done here, unlike me.
